"The Beginning Of My New Life!" (Intro-Ch)

" Dear diary,

It's me Renée again.

I've been reading this book for over a month now, the book is interesting to read and it's also sad. To be honest, I should have taken that romantic novel instead of this one. Well both of them are romantic? Kind of? Dear me, I took the liking of the name 'The little flower of my happiness!' is what it said on the book. This is definitely a romantic novel, oh God was I wrong. I remember a little bit if the conversation I had with that man, the owner! It was weird...

The shop owner just said to me: "Are you sure?", and nothing else.

And I was confused like never before.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be sure, it sounds lovely!" -I said to the shop owner with a smile on my face.

"Alright, you know yourself the best, do you want to buy it?" - shop owner looks at me and smirks.

"Well yeah, here is the money, thank you for the book! Goodbye!" -I run out the shop, not listening to what he said next, not like I cared... I really love reading the novels, but this novel gave me a headache. The summary was weird, but I mean they cannot say everything what will happen to the characters in the novel. Who can blame the author?

Let me write it down what summary said: "A story about a cold blooded Duke who found a love interest while searching for enemies. He found someone, while everyone else was afraid of him..."

I thought this is a romantic novel, because if the name and the summary. Anyway, because this is a new diary I own, I shall write something about myself. I'm 20 years old, going to college for two years now. In free time I read novels and watch some movies. My name is Renée, I have two cats at my parent's house. My hair is blonde and my eyes are blue. I didn't change at all from my high school days. I have to say that I really like the desciption of the Duke in the novel! 'Cold as ice and mysterious, he has grey eyes and black hair.' It sounds like that he is handsome, he is well behaved. Why aren't boy here well behaved as he is? I read the novel for five times already, but I don't know how it ends, because some genius ripped the last twenty pages of the book. I know that the duke got a weird woman by his side, the author described her as someone who is willing to do everything for the power, the true villainess. And also that her hair is brown and that her eyes are green. She seemed like a nice character in the beginning of the novel, but after some time, while reading it, she showed her true colors. I think it's enough of my writing for tonight, see you tomorrow."

"It's time to wake up, my lady!" -says an unknown woman.

"Ughh, just five more minutes, please..."

"Alright, my lady. I will be waiting for you downstairs, the breakfast will be served in twenty minutes. Madam and sir are out today!" - the woman bows, then opens the door and closes.

"Wait?! The hell? Who was this? -Renée gets up shocked...

"Where the hell am I? And what just happened?"-she start shaking...

She looks around and sees some clothes, water and shoes. She walks around for five minutes, because she still cannot believe her eyes...

"So I guess, I should get ready for THE breakfast that is DOWNSTAIRS? What is this am I dreaming?" -She pinches herself.

"Ouch! I guess not? How is this possible? There is some make up on the table, my room is very lovable and decorative..."

She sees herself on the mirror, but she is not shocked at all. It's just that her hair is longer than before. She had the blue eyes just like she did before. She takes the outfit and shoes and then she gets dressed in a beautiful blue dress just like her eyes. She like the clothes that was given to her, because she never saw a dress like this before in her life. She is still shocked to the fact that the someone might have kidnapped her, but she calms down washes her hands and face then head downstairs after getting ready. Everyone was happy seeying her, which made her feel loved despite her situation, which means on the mansion she now wasn't hated at all.

While eating she thinks to herself:

("I think I've read the same scenary before, but don't remember where... Oh right, the book! Oh my God! THE BOOK! Wait? I am inside of that book? OMG!")

She smiled, but was terrified of the fact that she is somewhere that she doesn't know and that she is surrounded by the people she doesn't know...

...One year after...

Nothing much happened in one year or is this a lie?

Renée in the last year got to know everything what happened from the family, to her parents and the maids. Now she is ready for new adventure that awaits for her. She does everything like the old Renée did, and she is also good with self-defence. She likes to dress up and she talks the same way as the old Ren did before, so no ome suspected anything. She keep it to herself that she is from somewhere far away, and she knows that there is no way of going back to her real home. She enjoys the company with her parents and the new friends she made in this 'world'. She still eats with her now-parents and thinks of them as that they are her real ones. She loves to chat with them and she also loves tell them her secrets.

Renée and her parents are sitting down and eating lunch. Her father is being sad because of the mistake he did. Her mother is very angry, and you will see why.

"Renée, my daughter, your mother wants to see your face..." - Says her father and sighs.

"I don't know why is she so angry at me...Renée dear, help me out this once..."

"Oh my gosh father, you are helpless! She asked you for pink roses and you brough her white ones... She didn't die, you know?" -Renée says and sighs.

"Renée your father clearly sees me as a dead person.... Who would know... THAT MY HUSBAND SEES ME LIKE THAT?" -The mother is even more angry now.

"Madam, let him go just this once and talk it with him alone!" -Says Ava the maid and winks and Renée.

"I think we finished eating mother, go with father and talk with him...."

"Thank you Ren!" -Says her father happily.

"I am waiting for you, dear?" - The mother opens the door and waits for the husband to come. Jacgues runs after his wife and everyone starts laughing. Ava asks Renée that they go outside. Renée accepts and they go outside and talks about everything new that happened in hers and Ava's life. They have fun and come back to the mansion before the dark.

...Three weeks later...

The only one secret Renée kept from the parents and her best friend was meeting the duke, she didn't know that they would like them being together. They would meet in secret without anyone knowing. Ren would always write in her diary that she has a one sided crush on the duke and never once she thought about confessing except that one day. That was a suprising day for both of them, indeed!

They would meet up, and chat for like a month. Little did the duke know, that the feelings are getting bigger and bigger. They would also flirt a little, laugh and make jokes while others would only look in shock. They loved each other company until one day they finally realize what do they really feel for each other.

"I've finally see you again Duke...." -says Renée smiling happily.

"I am also glad to see you again, my lady!" -says Herbert while smiling.

They accepted each other's love confession. They both confessed at the same time at the duke's place, while he was showing her around. Every new maid at his place thought that he will kill her soon, but after both of them confessed love to each other five maids fell down because of the shock.

"Don't be so smitten by me,my lord." -Renée says jokingly.

"That's fine by me, my love!" -Herbert answers happily.

"I love you, my dear..." -Says Renée smiling.

"I love you too, my dear... My flower of my new happiness..." -Says Herbert smirking.

She puts her head slowly to his shoulder and strokes his hair, while he looks at her with all the love and affection she never believed she would have in her life. She pats his head and closes her eyes while he hugs her tightly like he would never let her go.

Who ever sees them together would start to believe that true love is real, the love will come when you least expect it. It's waiting in some corner to suprise you. The duke changed, and so did she...

Renée found her love and so did the duke. They are taking the love life slowly, and don't plan to marry in the near future. Maybe in two or three years. They want to be in love for more days and months. Everytime they meet each other they would feel in love again. Oh, how sweet is the love? She talks with her parents about the relationship she has with the duke and the parents blessed them,

"Live live a happy life...", because they see how happy they are together.

"My baby has found her love, my dear..." -Says Thérèse.

"Yes she did, yes... she did..." -Says Jacques...
