11 Chapter Eleven
Once the day passed and I completed the daily task the next morning I went to check on the plants.
And low behold, all of the plants were completely grown and bore their fruits.
With all of this new and fresh food life for my organization would become much better!
Using some of the Organization's money, I had the construction of a large walk-in freezer built.
I do this so we can store large amounts of food, something extremely lacking in the lower levels...
I plan on making as much profit as possible.
And what better way to do that than providing rare necessities that people on the lower floors need?
I removed the seeds from the various fruit and replanted more than triple of what I planted originally and watered them with Crystal Water Essence.
I then started storing more Crystal Water Essence.
I found that if I drink it I will feel more energized and full of strength.
I also found that the Crystal Water Essence has medicinal effects upon consuming it.
Injuries will heal faster and it's a natural painkiller!
It's truly a wonderful reward!
Not to mention it's replenishable!
I left the farming room and started setting up patrol teams.
These teams would patrol our territory and make sure nothing is wrong.
I also warned them that if they start bullying the citizens in our territory that I would make them fear for their lives, and I was not joking.
Our livelihood depends on the citizens and I wasn't going to try to get on their bad side anytime soon.
Heck, it would actually be better if we were in their good graces!
This is why I informed everyone in my organization that they should treat the citizens with the respect they deserve!
Of course, most tried to disagree but the Shadow Knights appearing by them quickly made them change their minds.
I also sent out the Shadow Puppets to keep an eye on them to make sure they follow my rules.
Now they call me the Grey Angel because I can be nice but once you mess with me then I would become the devil.
I quite like this nickname and decided to just let them call me that.
[A/N: If you have forgotten the Dark Mask is an eerie grey mask that resembled a human skull. Two black holes covered the eyes of the skull preventing people from seeing the eyes of the wearer]
I soon left the compound my organization uses as its base and began wandering the streets of my territory.
I quickly frowned at what I saw.
Countless people lived on the streets homeless and desperate for something to eat or drink...
Upon seeing this a thought came to mind.
I got some tables and chairs and had John, the previous leader of the Turtle Gang, and a few of his subordinates join me outside.
I had them carry a few barrels of water(not crystal water essence) outside as well.
While they did that to my surprise food in the system shop is quite...cheap...
I mean this seriously, 1 Ton of food sells for 10 SP and 100 Gallons of Water is 10 SP as well...
[A/N: 1 Ton = 2,000 lbs]
[A/N: 1 Gal = 8.3454 lbs this means that 100 Gallons = 834.5404 lbs]
I bought 2 Tons and 200 Gallons of Water immediately for 40 SP leaving me with 1,058 SP!
[A/N: A week passed in the last chapter which means +70 SP]
Once I told John and his subordinates of my plan they wholeheartedly agreed with me.
Soon John's subordinates appeared with many tables and chairs and began setting up a spot for everyone to eat.
Soon we started spreading the news around and as expected countless hungry and thirsty people appeared.
The News I spread out was "All you can eat buffet! Provided by The Black Dragon!"
Although it looks shady most people don't have an option it's either take the chance or death in their eyes...
Looking at the people before me I was quite shocked, just how many people die on the lower levels?
"Please form a line! If any of you are elders please form a line in front of the person to my right!" I shouted loud enough to hear.
Many looked at my masked appearance with fear but soon pushed that fear behind them.
Of course with my child-like body, some didn't take me seriously so I had John shout out the same thing as me.
Soon five lines were before our table.
John served the line of the elderly while I served everyone else.
It pained my heart that there were even children among the line...
I greeted the first person with a calm and empathetic tone while I poured them a bowl of chicken and rice soup and handed them a gallon of water.
They seemed quite shocked by this and I couldn't help but laugh.
"Don't worry, we won't take it back, we have more than enough for everyone here! If you are hungry after your first bowl feel free to line back up for seconds!" I shouted towards everyone in line who seemed surprised by my words.
