Do Your Best Class Rep!

"What are you smiling about?" Katsuki asked as the two of you walked to school together. 

You giggled and laced your hand with his. "Oh, it's nothing~"

Katsuki blushed when you took his hand, but he didn't pull away. After he told you that he had feelings for you and wants you to be his girlfriend, you couldn't help but smile. When you reached UA, you saw a herd of reporters at the gate! As you and Katsuki made your way through the media, a few of them tried to get one of you to talk, which was making you uncomfortable and getting on your nerves. Katsuki was more irritated by them since one reporter recognized him from the sludge villian incident. Luckily, he just told them to go away and didn't do or say anything irrational. 

The news that All Might had been hired as a faculty member at UA took the entire nation by surprise. Naturally, the media swarmed the school in search of a story. Everyone wanted to get their hands on All Might. Yeah. Everyone. 

"Decent work on yesterday's combat training, you guys." Mr.Aizawa said. "I saw the video feeds and went over each of your team's results. Bakugou. You're talented, so don't sulk like a child about your loss, okay?"

"Yeah, whatever." The ash-blonde replied. 

"And Midoriya. I see the only way you won the match was by messing up your arm again."

Izuku hung his head down. 

"Work harder. And don't give me the excuse that you don't have control over your Quirk. That line's already getting old. You can't keep breaking your body while training here. But your Quirk will be really useful if you can get a handle on it."

Izuku looked up and smiled at your teacher's praise.

"So show a little urgency, huh?"

"Right." Izuku replied with a determined look.

You smiled. Mr.Aizawa seems like a buzz kill at first, but he does care about his students. 

"Let's get down to business. Our first task will decide your future."

Your smile immediately dropped and you stiffened. Is it another Quirk test? You thought. 

"You all need to pick a class representative."

Oh, good. Just normal school stuff!

Everyone raised their hands. Each of them asking or begging their classmates to pick them as class rep. You were no exception. 

You see, in a normal classroom, a representative's duties would just be a bunch of extra work. But here in the hero course, there's more to it. It's a way to get noticed by agencies and prove you can lead a team like a real pro.

To stop the commotion, Iida proposed that you all hold an election to choose who the leader will be. In the end, you got 4 votes and Izuku Midoriya got 3. Izuku was especially shocked by the results. 

"How did I get three votes?!" Izuku exclaimed. 

Katsuki stood up from his seat, clearly pissed at Deku's votes. "Okay, you idiots, who voted for him?"

"What, did you honestly think anyone was gonna vote for you?" Sero remarked. 

"What did you just say!?"

It was settled. You were the class representative and the deputy was Izuku Midoriya, who was shaking and sweating nervously.

"This might not be so bad." Asui said.

"Yeah, I can get behind Yagi and Midoriya I guess." Kirishima says in agreement. 

"Yagi was totally awesome during combat training!" Kaminari added.

You were happy for receiving the support of your classmates and gain the position, but you actually voted for Yaoyorozu. She was very observant and her intelligence surpassed yours and your childhood friend's.

At lunch, you sat with Katsuki, Kirishima, Ashido, Sero, and Kaminari. 

"So Ashido, who did you vote for class rep?" You asked before taking a bite of your Tonkatsu.

"I voted for you, girl!" Ashido winked.

"Same here." Kirishima chimed in. "I didn't forget how you helped me during the entrance exam."

"Plus, you kicked our butts during combat training!" Sero added.

"Thanks, guys. I'll do my best!" You replied with a smile and then turned to Katsuki. "Who did you vote for, Katsuki?"

"Why do you care?" The ash-blonde asked.

"I don't. I was just curious because you had zero votes which means that you didn't vote for yourself."

"And it's obvious that no one else voted for you." Sero remarked.

"You shut up, tape-arms!"

"Sorry that I didn't vote for you." Said Kaminari. 

"You don't have to apologize, Kaminari. Not everyone voted for me."

"But~" Kaminari sat closer to you and gave you a flirtatious smile. Katsuki was seething and ended up burning his chopsticks. "I do vote for you to be my girlfriend, cutie."

"I have a boyfriend." You said nonchalantly.

"Yeah. Me!" Katsuki hissed.

Kaminari immediately gave you your space with a fear stricken expression. 

"I'm gonna go get another set of chopsticks." Your boyfriend scooped up the remains of his chopsticks and got up from the table. "If you fucking make a move on my girl again, I'll kill you."

The electric blonde breathed a sigh of relief once Katsuki was far away enough. 

"Well that was awkward.." Kaminari breathed out. "Not to mention scary."

You laughed when suddenly, an alarm goes off.

Warning. Level Three security breach. All students please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion.

You heard that a Level Three security breach meant that someone's managed to get past the school's barriers. 

After hearing the announcement, every student went into chaos. The students started yelling and shoving each other to get out of the hallway. You lost Ashido and Sero in the commotion, and Kirishima and Kaminari were carried away by the crowd. All of these students were causing a panic and they don't even know who or what broke in. Every time you tried to move forward, your feet got stepped on and someone elbows you. If this keeps up, you're going to get trampled!

"Out of my way, you damn extras!!"

Before you could react, someone grabs your wrist and pulled you into a protective embrace. Your heart relaxed when you realized that the person who was hugging you was your boyfriend, Katsuki. 

Before you could thank him, you heard a familiar voice.

"Listen up, everything is okay!"

Everyone of the students looked up and saw Iida above the exit sign.

"It's just the media outside. There's absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything's fine! We're UA students. We need to remain calm and prove that we're the best of the best."

Thanks to Iida, the students regained their composure and it wasn't so crowded anymore. 

"Thank you, Katsuki." You said after breathing a sigh of relief. "I thought I was going to get trampled!"

"Did those extras hurt you?" Your boyfriend asked.

His carmine eyes showed that he was worried about your well being. 

"Don't worry. I'm okay."

Katsuki's concerned expression shifted to embarrassment then anger.

"What the hell are you dumbasses looking at?!" He snapped at Kirishima and Kaminari.

"Sorry, it's just that..." Kaminari hesitated. "We're surprised seeing you act like a decent boyfriend."

"Whatever! Screw you!"

Katsuki immediately let go of you and walked away. You giggled when he pretended that he wasn't concerned about you minutes ago. Kirishima smiled, thinking that Bakugou may not be so bad after all. 

"Okay. Before we figure out who the other class officers will be, me and Izuku have something to say." You and Izuku nodded to eachother and faced your classmates. 

"We've thought a lot about this... and I think that Tenya Iida should be our class rep!" Izuku announced. 

You nodded in agreement as your friend continued. 

"He was able to capture everyone's attention and get us in line. So we believe that he should be the one leading our class from now on!"

"Yeah! And in addition, I think Momo Yaoyorozu should be class deputy. She's highly intelligent and is just as capable of leading us as Iida."

Iida and Yaoyorozu gasped at your and Izuku's statements.

"Yeah, you know what? If Yagi and Midoriya vouches for them, I'm good." Kirishima agreed. "Plus, Iida was a big help. He totally manned up and took charges, right?"

"Yaoyorozu was totally on top of it when it came to our training results!" Kaminari adds. "And did you notice that Iida looked like the dude on the emergency exit signs when he was on the wall earlier?"

"This is a waste of time." Mr.Aizawa says at a corner in a sleeping bag ."I don't care who the rep is, just hurry up."

You anime sweat dropped at your homeroom teacher's indifference and laziness while Izuku yelped. You totally forgot that he was here.

"If Midoriya and Yagi are nominating me for this job..." Iida said as he proudly stood up from his desk. "... then I humbly accept. I pledge to carry out the duties of class rep to the best of my abilities!"

"Sounds good, Emergency Exit!" Kirishima gives Iida a thumbs up. 

"And I promise to do my role as deputy." Yaoyorozu states as she also stands up from her seat and smiles at you.

"Don't let us down, you two!" Sero cheered.

For today's training, you'll have three instructors. Mr.Aizawa, your father, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you and your classmates. This training will involve rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that. You also get to wear your hero costumes if you want. This special training's at an off-campus facility, so you all will be taking a bus to get there.

After you were done getting ready, you all got on the bus to the facility. 

"Hikari, that's a really cool necklace. Ribbit." Asui compliments as you all rode the bus. 

"Thanks, Asui." You caressed the star pendent with your fingers. "My dad gave this to me."

"Please, just call me Tsu." The frog girl then turned to your green haired friend. "Also, there's something I wanna say about you, Midoriya."

Izuku became flustered. "About me? What is it, Asui?"

"I told you to call me Tsu."

"Oh. Yeah, right."

"That power of yours. Isn't it a lot like All Might's?"

This caught you attention, and for some reason, Izuku started to sweat nervously and was in a panic. "What? Really? You think so, huh? I never really thought about that. I guess it's kinda similar..."

"Wait, hold on, Tsu." Kirishima chimed in. "You're forgetting that All Might doesn't hurt himself. That makes a huge difference. Still, I bet it's cool to have a simple augmenting-type of Quirk. You can do lots of flashy stuff with it." Kirishima hardens his arm. "My Hardening's super strong and can destroy bad guys in a fight, but it doesn't look all that impressive."

Izuku looked at Kirishima's hardened arm in awe. "Oh, no way, I think it's really awesome looking. You're definitely pro material with a Quirk like that."

"You really think so? Seems like it'd be easier to be a popular hero if I had somethin' flashier."

"You don't need a flashy Quirk to be a hero." You grabbed Kirishima's attention. "Your Quirk can be used to protect and fight. Like Izuku said, you have the potential to become a pro hero with your Quirk. Don't sell yourself short!"

Kirishima smiled at you. "Thanks, Yagi, but I'm not the only one with a pro Quirk. You, Todoroki, and Bakugou all have some awesome Quirks."

"Yet, despite how amazing his Quirk is, I doubt Bakugou will become a pro hero with that anger of his."

Katsuki instantly stands up and glared at Tsu. "What'd you say? I'll kick your ass!"

"Calm down, Katsuki." You placed a hand on his arm. "She's just messing with you."

Katsuki looked into your Serene emeralds before making a ​​​​​tch sound and sitting back down with a scowl on his face. 

"You and Bakugou sure are close. Aren't you, Yagi?" Jiro asked.

Before you could answer her, Mr.Aizawa informed you that you've made it to the training facility. The third faculty member that will be watching you is none other than the Space Hero, Thirteen. She's the chivalrous pro who's rescued a ton of people from disasters across the world! She's also one of yours and Uraraka's favorite heroes. This is gonna be awesome!

When you and your classmates entered the building, you gaped in awe. It was like some kind of amusement park. 

"A shipwreck. A landslide. A fire. A windstorm. Et cetera--" announced Thirteen. "I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters. I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. But, you can call it, the USJ!"

Just like Universal Studios Japan.

The only person that wasn't here was your father, All Might. You looked back at Mr.Aizawa and Thirteen. They're probably having a discussion about your father's absence.

"The clock's ticking. We should get started." Mr.Aizawa says before stepping aside.

"Excellent." Said Thirteen. "Before we begin, let me just say one thing. Well, maybe two things. Possibly three, four, or five."

"We get it!" You all cried out.

"Listen carefully. I'm sure you're aware that I have a powerful Quirk. It's called Blake Hole. I can use it to suck up anything and turn it into dust."

"Yeah, you've used Black Hole to save people from all kinds of disasters before, haven't you?" Izuku adds while Uraraka nods in agreement vigorously. 

"That's true, but my Quirk could also very easily be used to kill."

Uraraka stops nodding and she gasped along with you and Izuku.

"Some of you also have power that can be dangerous." She's right. "In our superhuman society, all Quirks are certified and stringenth regulated, so we often overlook how unsafe they can actually be. Please don't forget that if you lose focus or make the wrong move, your powers can be deadly. Even if you're trying to do something virtuous like rescuing someone. Thanks to Aizawa's fitness tests, you have a solid idea of your Quirks potential. And because of All Might's combat training, you likely experienced how dangerous your powers can be when used against other people. Carry those lessons over to this class. Today, you're going to learn how to use your Quirks to save people's lives. You won't be using your powers to attack enemies or each other, only to help. After all, that's what being a hero is all about. Ensuring the safety of others."

Thirteen is so cool!

The Space Hero bows as she finishes. "That's all I have to say. Thank you so much for listening."

All of the students applaud for Thirteen. Aside from being an awesome hero, she's also good at public speaking. 

"Right. Now that that's over..." Before Mr.Aizawa could finish his sentence, the lights suddenly went off.

Then, a black swirling portal appeared in the middle of the facility. 

"Stay together and don't move!" Aizawa ordered the students. "Thirteen. Protect the students!"

"Thirteen, Mr.Aizawa, what's going on?" You asked as people started to come out of the weird portal. "Has the training started already? I thought you said we were rescuing people."

"Stay back!" Aizawa shouts before you took a step closer. "This is real. Those are villians."

You all gasped at the sudden turn of events. You thought you all were going to be practicing saving other people's lives that day, but when they appeared, you all realized that you were the ones in danger.
