Fighting the Boss part I
I had already reached level 23, and Ron had reached level 24, due to the various beings we encountered. Despite the high difficulty and the significant expenditure of potions, we managed to gain a good amount of XP.
The door was white with a beautiful golden hexagram at the center, surrounded by magical symbols and runes that adorned it with elegance and excellence. When I touched the door, a notification appeared.
[The Boss door will open, do you wish to continue?]
I checked our fatigue, HP, and MP, and before proceeding, I instructed Ron to ensure the mist was well spread.
The door opened with a strong golden and magical light.
Inside, a large hall was revealed. At the center, a throne held a massive stone warrior who wielded a large axe. His entire body appeared shinier, emitting an aura of power and pressure like a formidable mountain. Behind him, a large symbol or matrix seemed to store some kind of golden liquid with blue and silver hues, surrounded by even more mysterious and special runes that radiated a powerful aura.

The barrier, (Boss)

Description: The final barrier that must be defeated to reach the reward. It will activate if the three guardians are defeated. Prepare yourself; it will show no mercy to its enemies.

In front of it stood three beings.
One resembled the previous statues, carrying a large lance and shield.
Another was a large snake with metallic blue and silver skin.
The last was a lizard with blue and silver skin, all three being elites.

‘At least the last one will only come out after dealing with these three….’
"Ron, spread poisonous mist and focus on the lizard and the snake."
'As you command.'
“Miau Miau Miau~~”
Strong yet quieter and more menacing cat cries emerged from him.
He consumed his mana, and the mist spread rapidly, moving toward them, a threatening red wine-colored mist. The golem didn’t seem to pay attention, but the other two reacted differently.
The snake hissed, and above it, a portal with dark purple energy formed, shooting purple fireballs in my direction. I had already moved and dodged before they arrived. Additionally, the lizard identified Aqua as the main threat and attacked him with its tail. Just like in the previous fight, the attack seemed to come out of nowhere near Aqua, hitting him.
“It’s rare for them to target Aqua…”
I also got angry when I saw my little “shrimp” getting hit, and I instantly approached the lizard.
“Impact”
It seemed like it was going to hit me with its tail, but claws appeared near its neck, digging into its flesh and poisoning it heavily, causing it to scream.
“Rgrrr!!”
With the loss of balance from the pain, I struck it hard on the neck, while Aqua had already created a water wall to temporarily restrain the Golem’s movements. Aqua then attacked the snake, seemingly irritated by the previous hit and targeting the lizard’s “friend”. Additionally, a venomous Ron was striking its weak points, trying to poison it as much as possible.
Ron and I practiced a bit of bullying, focusing on defeating the lizard as quickly as possible since the Golem wouldn’t last forever and Ron’s Doppelganger would eventually die.

It took us a while, and I was nearly killed; even Ron took significant damage from a special opening created by that snake, launching blue-tinged ice spikes.
Furthermore, at one point, the Golem’s lance glowed with a golden light, dealing strong magical damage and accelerating, surprising me completely and causing severe damage, forcing me to take a potion while Aqua used healing bubbles to assist me.
But finally, we killed them. The battle lasted over two hours, and I received an item from each of them, all with the same rarity level.

A notification then appeared in front of me.
[Prepare yourself, you have trodden a difficult path, and the final boss will awaken in 6 minutes]
Simultaneously, the entire hall began to tremble, and the runes shone with intense and mysterious light.
“At least I have some time to rest…”
I also took the opportunity to observe closely, looking for a place and planning a good strategy with the few remaining minutes...
