I almost vomited. As I opened the door the stench of a thousand angry skunks hit my nostrils, and it took everything I had to not turn tail and run away from this horrid stench. I wanted to know what was in this room so I kept pushing The door open until I could get a full view of what was inside. I almost vomited, again. There was blood everywhere; smeared on the walls, puddled on the floor, and dripping from the ceiling. As I looked closer into the room I was horrified to find there was a stack of bodies piled to the ceiling in the farthest corner that looked like they had been put through a meat grinder and then left to rot. Even my desire to find my favorite teacher was not enough to make me trudge through that hell hole and just as I was taking my last glance and closing the door a smaller demon appeared in the broken window seal and screeched at me. It looked more like an imp and had limbs that looked like they had been dipped in charcoal and a bright red face and chest with boney black wings on its back. I quickly stuck my hand to the other side of the door and locked the door, ignoring the gooey sensation my fingers felt, and slammed the door shut before it had time to leap across the room from the window seal. I backed up from the door and bumped into Eli. I glanced back at him and noticed he had his shirt over his nose like he was trying to hide his nose from a terrible smell, I guess he could smell what was coming from the room, which isn't surprising considering the smell was so bad I was still tearing up. Eli didn't know what it looked like in the room or what had happened so he jumped back in fear as the little demon imp banged and scratched at the door. After waiting a few seconds to make sure the door would hold I turned towards Eli "there was *cough* bodies and blood *cough* everywhere and then *cough* a little demon prick flew in the window and charged at me, but I think the door should hold the little bastard in" I explained to Eli. "Alright *cough* can we just head to the cafeteria now" he pleaded. "Yea I'm done checking rooms, I don't want to see or smell anything like that ever again because that's enough gore and stench to be burned into my mind for my entire lifetime." Keeping his shirt over his nose and mouth Eli nodded and we both turned down the long hallway and headed in the direction of the cafeteria
