Dear: You, My moon

Hey, birthday girl.

I wonder if you would receive a lot of presents this year. Sorry if I could not attend, Moon. You know how it is. I'll pick up the memories left of us together, and pile it all up, as I imagine a beautiful birthday girl in front of me; with balloons of your favorite colors and a cake with a blue candle on top, waiting for your wish.

If it were me, I'd wish for you to come back.

However, as much as I want for it to happen, you'd still wish for something particular that I am not a part of. You'd not wish for me to be there with you, you'd wish for something, someone, and somewhere else.

I am grateful for all the memories we shared before you left, Moon.
