"Umm .. now I'll teach you how to shoot ", I don't really want to make her contact with something dangerous like a gun but it's necessary .

"Huh? G-g-gun ? Do I really have to do this ?" She swallowed visibly .

"Yes you have to ", I took out the gun from the hidden gun case and twist the silencer on the tip . I don't want the neighborhood to know I have guns . That's why I didn't took the headset. Just took the eye protector along before walking back to her . I can see her pretty orbs are pleading get out of this .

I slide the glass over her eyes and clutched her hand to place the heavy metal .

"Boss , I can't do it ",she whinned .

"If you don't wanna get 9th hole in your body with something like this , then do as I say ", I pushed her toward the shooting corner of my gym room .

"But-"

"No but".

"Boss-"

Haein's POV

Waaahhh, you are trying to teach a sharp shooter how to shoot .!!?

But what to do , I have to act dumb .

"Now place your left hand Under the grip and hold it tight ", he commanded and I did .

"Boss It won't hit me back right ?"

"It will if you don't hold it properly "

"Bossss~~", I stomp both of my foot on ground while whinning.

"Ok ok , let me show you ", Loey stood behind me and snaked his arms over mine which are holding the gun .

"Like this ", he held the weapon over my hands and pulled back the slide before pushing down the rear slight with the pad of his finger .

I let him take charge because I'm busy to feel his presence around me . His chest pounding against my shoulder (I'm too small) . Hot breath fanning the locks in the corner of my earlobe . His long arms over mine .

The heavenly feeling that I have been longing for years . The feeling of being in safe shelter . No worry , no escaping , no life death situation . Only love and peace . But I don't really deserve those , maybe . I have betrayed the nation in my past life , I guess .

But one thing is bothering me . He is being too close to his secretary whom he just met some days ago . Why Loey? You don't know this girl . I know you never looked at another girl after me then why now ? You are even touching her .

I jolted back in reality when he pressed my index finger on the trigger and whispered ," Pull " .

Then my instincts rang with the words ,'you can't hit the bull's eye infront of him'.

I closed my eyes and pulled the trigger and opened my eye lids to found that it made a hole in the 5 pointer . I heaved a sigh .

Suddenly he left my back making me feel the cold emptyness again , and pat my shoulder ,"good job "

Loey's POV

I'm driving back Haein to her house. For last two hours we only did some basic self defence tricks . But my mind was too dizzy to teach her properly. I can't tell exactly what I was feeling.

Everytime she was coming near me or our cloth covered skin touched eachother's in every action, I felt like nuclear bombs bursting inside me, dinosaur dancing in my stomach , thousands of drums playing inside my chest. I survived with her Memories for 8 years . Yes I'm more sceared about her safety now but I can't help but be excited .

Now I'm regretting , why couldn't I recognise her at the interview back then . But I have to admit that something about her is different . But what ?

I kept looking at her when we were sitting at the last corner of the cafe after the session.

I was trying to match her present features with the past one and then I realised why I couldn't recognise her .

She used to be a little chubby back then. Her cheeks were thicker but now her sharp Jawline is clearly visible, lips are more bigger and puffier than before, her eyes ......Yess her eyes have totally changed, still big but not so jolly as it used to be . Maybe her height have increased 2 or 3 inches but still looks the same . Her small hands , short body frame which is much thinner than before that's making her look like a doll with soul .

She was human version of Pikachu, weird and cuter version. I chuckled in my mind as her behaviours popped up in front of my eyes . I miss those days of teasing her though she was my one and only girlfriend .

"Yaa Park Dumbyeol !! It was you right ?? "

"Why , why , what's wrong ", I shuttered as I caught her rushing toward me from the opposite side of the basketball court with her fingers clutched into fist . She stopped infront of me , more like under me .

Her finger pointing up at me as she trying to tiptoe ," It's you right , who put capsicum and cucumber in my tiffin box ? You know I hate The CapsiFUCKINGcum ."

"No !!~" I tried to deny in a dramatic way while pushing her back by my index finger on he forehead. I was trying hard not to laugh while I could see some of my fellow teammates were hiding their chuckle . I definitely didn't put capsicum in her box but I did something else .

"I'm damn sure , it's you " , she said while brushing off my finger.

"How ?" I crossed arms on my stomach , waiting to receive a customised comedy punch line .

"Because your location in classroom is beside me and your memory card knows, in which classes my radar switches off . It's easy for you to put those horrible things in my box and more than that , You can't eat Cu.Cum.Ber.", as expected . She really doesn't't need to put effort to be funny .

"Ms. Shin Pikachu , you forgot that another die hard cucumber hater sits behind you and for your kind information his mom put loads of capsicum in his lunch box today ", I informed knowing baek will die before me if she doesn't find out what I did at first .

"Oh ho ho ho !! I forgot about chicken tender. I'll shove a box of cucumber in his mouth. Just wait ", with this she turned around and head to the door but stopped after few steps before turning her heels to me with a frown .

It's getting hard for me to hold my Laughter now.

"But how did you know what he brought in tiffin today ?"

"Because he is the only one in class who gets hungry in second period just as you knock down in physics classa. I saw him taking out your tiffin box and put those in", I feel bad for Baeky .

"And you didn't protest ?"

"I was busy drawing on your ..."

"On my ?? On my what ?? "

I just step into trap . I need to make up something . Sexy brain on .

"I - . I was drawing Your name on my notebook. I LOVE MY SWEET HAEIN " , I know she is bound to melt up now .. 1..2..3..

"Yaaa", she softly hit my chest, "don't be flirty", her cheeks are flashing crimson. "I'm going ", she pressed her lips in a thin line and about to rush out but got interrupted by our Coach who was entering . She bowed to him . Coach smiled but his smile blurred out when he noticed something .

"Aigo Haein. Is this a new kind of makeup ?"

" Why sir ? I didn't put on makeup today. It's my natural beauty", she brushed her cheeks .

"Wait ", Coach sir shoved his hand into his pocket to pull out his small mirror which he uses to comb his almost unfruitful field before going to flirt with our history teacher. He put the mirror infront of her face and her eyes widen seeing the cat moustache on both cheeks and black tip on her nose which is done with marker.

She rolled her eyes to me with a 'trust-me-I'll-bury-you-alive' smile and I was the first one to burst into laughter and plopped down on ground holding my stomach before the whole room echoed with giggles.

I forgot about the Pikachu who is coming to strike me with 440 volt .

Damn!

Just after a second I felt a waight over my shoulder and tight hold on my earlobes .

"AAAAAAAA . ITS HURTING ", I hissed in pain as she twisted my ear and sit on my shoulder .

"It should . Is my face your canvas?"

"AAa aa , it's.. it's just too cute ..aaa aaa ."

"What cute , what cute ? My face is gonna suffer for your art work ", she let go of my ear. I thought it's end but no . She pulled my hair instead with full force .

"I'm sorry .. Baby ,sweetheart please. Aaaaa .. Yaaa guys , help me ", I whinned but no one in my team took a single step .

"Sorry bro . Our life is precious to us ".

I looked back to adjust her new self in my heart. Her lips firmly touching the cup to sip. Her tongue licking the drop of coffee off the lower lip . Her short soft fingers tugging the loose strands of hair back to her ears. I was continuously fighting with inner me to kiss her on the spot .

Was it a coincidence that we met again or you did it intensionally? You trapped me in the situation I tried to avoid 8 years ego?

The only thing I can wish that she didn't noticed my reactions back then .

"Thanks boss for your lessons today " , Haein said leaning down towards the car's window as she went out and jogged to my driving seat.

"Don't say this , it's my responsibility to stand still on my promise" that I'll protect you with my life. I gave my signature smile and she smiled back sweetly and waved back while going back to her apartment .

Now it's time to catch the rat that is still following us .

I drove out from her block and turned left . That car is still behind. Suddenly I kicked the break that made our cars almost collid but that car turned and stopped a inch apart from the wall. I quickly hopped down and ran after that person who already left his car. But I managed to grab his collar and take down on ground.

"Who told you to follow us?" I twisted his arms togather and pressed my knee on his back . "Tell me if you don't want to end up being physically disabled" .

"Aaaa aaaaa , M- .. M- ...master " .. he whined .

DAD!!

I didn't wait to drive to my so-called father's house where he enjoys his alone life after my mom died in cancer.

I entered into his study room from where he perticularly controls everything like a ring master .

"Dad!" I smacked the door to open .

The look he gave me from his study table, It looked like he already knew what happened. He always know.

I took slow steps towards his desk rolling my fingers into a fist. My throat is trying to scream but I need to talk to this evil who is so-called working for nation's good .

"Why dad ? Why did you told him to tail us? Were you trying to kill her or me if something goes wrong? "

I slaped the study table with all my might. It's the first time I'm raising my voice infront of him but I can't take this anymore .

But he didn't utter a word , reading the files from the corner of his spectacles with a devilish smirk .

"Wait .. wait .. You knew about her right? That's why you didn't say a word when I sent her resume to you .. now I get it", I can't believe he is playing with my emotions again as if I'm some kind of playing tool to him.

"You said you won't harm her if I let her go , so I did . Please I beg you , I think she didn't recognise me , so please let her be infront of my eyes or else you have to face my dead body before touching her ".

I can't help but say this. Because if I don't say this now then never .

Though my mind is totally fucked up right now but it got more tangled when he started to laugh bitterly ..

"Silly boy , you really have long way to go, she was right ", he stood up while fixing his glasses .

"What do you mean by 'she was right'?" I asked in utter surprise

"Do you really think she came to you coincidentally? Think again", he crossed his arms around his chest and took a step towards me ,"wasn't her personal information different ? Wasn't it a bit of suspicious for a girl to agree with such a dangerous work ?" He made a really really disgusting face .

"So she knew everything ?", My voice is shaking. I afraid that he deceived her with his tricks.

"She knew everything from the day you left her".

What !? He threatened me with her life when I opposed to go to Canada and he himself told her everything?

I know he didn't tell her the truth but something sensitive to drag her . That's what I'm afraid of the most.

"I need to talk to her. I can't pull her into this danger", I turned around to take my step but stopped by his words.

"You can't", he said very quietly that made me face him again.

"As per as contract, if she quits or cause any interruption in this mission, she have to die and she signed it herself. What should I do ? I needed her brain for this mission unless you won't be able to pass through the difficulties yourself. So the conclusion is if you tell her that you know everything until this mission ends she will die".

"So you mean she agreed with your lethal conditions j- just to keep me safe?"

The words left shabbily.

I'm so shocked at her foolish decisions and the cruelty level of this human . The warm liquid

is wailing at the corner of my eyes, making it harder to see properly.

He used our love to break us apart. Again he used it to bring us together. But the funny thing is both of them was just for his needs.

"Now you get it. So be a good boy and keep your mouth shut until everything ends, unless you will be the last one to see her alive. Don't forget what happened with your previous secretary", he said looking straight to my eyes and walked out leaving me alone.

My feet felt like jelly that I dropped on my knees. Tears started to roll down my cheeks. I can't hold them anymore.

How much should I bare for love Haein? Why do we love eachother so much to end up in this do or die situation?

I never searched for you knowing that you are breathing the same air as mine .

But now we are so close to another but can't tell how much we love eachother.

We spend every single day working together but can't live together.

The thing that hurts the most is, I went far to save her, she came close to save me .

We are moving in a parallel line that will not mix at any point .

I want to escape from the reality .
