Most people don't choose reincarnation. Reincarnation finds their way to them. Perhaps they did something great in their life. Or maybe truck-sama wasn't looking where it was going. But without fail, those who reincarnate are destined for something great. A new life where everything changes for the better. But... Reincarnation isn't always the greatest thing. Sometimes you just draw the short end of the stick. Di Tou just happens to have drawn the shortest stick. Pulled out of his life randomly. Taken by a crazy old eccentric man not as a disciple, but as a body double?! And a janitor body double no less?! Grasping a system to find... It's a JANITOR SYSTEM!? Truly, how unlucky can one get?
Eying the silver, the tavern keeper looked Di Tou up and down for a moment and, after seeing his thin frame, let out a wide smile and said, "Of course, come right this way."
Entering a small backroom, Di Tou looked around for a moment before letting out a sigh and silently putting down a temporary sound restriction formation alongside the edges of the room. Looking at the tavern keeper who positioned himself between Di Tou and the door, he said with a stoic expression, "What are you doing."
Letting out a toothy grin, the tavern keeper said, "You said you wanted to have a chat, right? But my time isn't cheap, so I just want to make sure you can pay before I say anything."
Staring at the tavern keeper for a moment, Di Tou sighed before tossing the three pieces of silver at the man with some force, causing them to pelt into the tavern keeper's chest, causing slight stinging pains, and said, "Know your limits."
