Most people don't choose reincarnation. Reincarnation finds their way to them. Perhaps they did something great in their life. Or maybe truck-sama wasn't looking where it was going. But without fail, those who reincarnate are destined for something great. A new life where everything changes for the better. But... Reincarnation isn't always the greatest thing. Sometimes you just draw the short end of the stick. Di Tou just happens to have drawn the shortest stick. Pulled out of his life randomly. Taken by a crazy old eccentric man not as a disciple, but as a body double?! And a janitor body double no less?! Grasping a system to find... It's a JANITOR SYSTEM!? Truly, how unlucky can one get?
Seeing the blood-red eyes trained on him, Di Tou's lip couldn't help but twitch, and after a moment, he calmly walked out of the tall grass and into the clearing. Although this hadn't exactly been what he had intended… thinking about it, what had he intended when he ran towards the howls?
Slightly lowering his center of gravity, Di Tou held the two shields in a stance that he felt was rather correct, one in front of him slightly to the left and the other slightly behind him to the right. Glancing at the wolves, Di Tou couldn't help but feel a tinge of panic surge up in his heart as he glanced at the bloody claws and maws that were still dripping and the stinking smell of musk combined with the hot breaths of the wolves in the clearing.
A moment later, the wolf king stared at Di Tou and let out a low growl, but after slightly shivering, Di Tou quickly shook his head and stared at the wolf, unwilling to back off.
