Most people don't choose reincarnation. Reincarnation finds their way to them. Perhaps they did something great in their life. Or maybe truck-sama wasn't looking where it was going. But without fail, those who reincarnate are destined for something great. A new life where everything changes for the better. But... Reincarnation isn't always the greatest thing. Sometimes you just draw the short end of the stick. Di Tou just happens to have drawn the shortest stick. Pulled out of his life randomly. Taken by a crazy old eccentric man not as a disciple, but as a body double?! And a janitor body double no less?! Grasping a system to find... It's a JANITOR SYSTEM!? Truly, how unlucky can one get?
Thinking for a moment, Di Tou's eyes brightened. That was right! He had brought a tub with him anyways. All they really needed was a somewhat isolated spot where they could fill it up and clean it off afterward. In any case, the biggest problem wasn't actually finding a place to wash. It was just the sensation of coming back to civilization and becoming a f*cking human again. Living in the forest, even if he had the mobile abode, and even if they had all the amenities in the world, some things just weren't the same.
After walking around for just about five minutes, the duo had already explored the entirety of the little village and couldn't help but look at each other with a little bit of disappointment. This village was just too small! Furthermore, although the gazes here weren't exactly friendly, they weren't hateful either, and as far as they could tell, everyone who lived here seemed like a mortal.
