King Li Zixin picked up a black porcelain teapot to cherish his daughter -Princess Li Xiaosheng- visitation with a cup of tea.

The princess's eyes lingered on the image of a Fire Bird that was illustrated on it. It was very realistic and could catch every beholder's attention, piercing through the heart and mind as if it would fly out at any moment to burn everything.

No one could believe that pottery and painting was the King's hobby.

"Father, you are serving me in your favorite masterpieces!"

Princess Xiaosheng was delicate, her fair skin pale as if peach blossoms and her eyes as dark as the night sky, carrying countless flickering stars. Her black wavy hair was clad in priceless pieces of jewelry. She was as if the full moon bringing light to the King's dull night. Wearing a pink and white robe suited her majestic godly appearance.

"My sweet daughter visited me, shall I neglect my task?"

Giving him an adorable smile, she picked up the cup and scented the pleasant order of the Bai tea. Taking a sip, she said, "Father, I heard that last night the main palace was veiled into wrath!"

She did not want to beat around the bush and quickly jumped on the gist.

"Your brothers had become rogues. That was a small discipline that should have been taught, already."

Princess Xiaosheng bit her lower lip, but it was a pure extravagance and he went too much to whip them in public while many strangers were watching. Beating Li Bai? Who could believe this? They might have presumed that the King ran mad.

She avoided any eye contact with her father and put the cup down.

"Please eat these sweet rice balls. I've cooked them for you!"

The wrinkles on the King's forehead deepened, "How is your mother feeling?"

The girl's face soured, she picked a small white bowl and put two pieces of sweet rice balls into it, and served her father.

"Is it too much if I ask you to visit here? She has gotten weaker recently."

The King nodded and grabbed the bowl.

"I will, please take good care of yourself, you are paying too much for your mother. I'm concerned that you forget all about yourself and your age."

The princess's fingers dug into her dress. Again, she met her father and he brought up the marriage subject.

"We can talk about this later, now let me tell you something, Father."

The King munched the sweet rice ball and nodded, he was always ready to hear from her.

"Li Bai is right, the demon moves in southern nations had brought chaos, nowadays everywhere you look you can stumble upon mercenaries' trail and their hyenas. Please allow the Lord's sect to investigate and keep us safe."

The King lost his appetite and put the spoon down. Her cooking was the best, but her words were heartbreaking.

"Is this what brought you here?"

He paused a little and trailed off, "Did he beg you to leave the capital?"

The princess waved two of her hands in denial, flustered. He would never plead with anyone!

"Of course not! I'm just worried because I heard it from merchants and farmers."

"I will write for the celestial realms. They must do something as long as it is related to demons!"

The King mused, if people were being attacked, he had no other alternative but to keep all the immortal sects alerted.

Li Xiaosheng's lips twitched up, but she could not declare that was a bad idea! Before assessing the situation and gathering clues, they could not ask the venerable immortal sects to shield them. Where is the dignity of eminent Wolves? Should they lower themselves just because they are mortals?

Before she could say something to change her father's mind the eunuch announced an arrival.

"Your Highness, your crow is here!"

The King's expression softened toward his daughter, extending his arm, he patted her head, "Don't worry about your brothers!"

Xiaosheng stood up and bowed before her father, leaving the room, she confronted a man in raven-black royal apparel. His face was covered with a black jade mask that looked like vine branches knotted over each other.

Their eyes met and a blaze of light escaped his eyes but quickly bowed.

'His eyes and figure are too young!' the princess told herself. This man figured out a lot despite his age. He came here to inspect her brother. She must find out who he was and make him on Li Bai's side, no matter what it cost her.

The man entered the King's chamber and bowed.

"Leave it away! Tell me what did you see?"

The King brushed the rituals away and immediately drew the air on the main point.

"Prince Li Bai was with Lord Luo Hao Yu in Xue mountains and demons surged to kill them. The prince was their target and I'm certain of it."

The King wore a thoughtful skin on his face, they were after his son. What had conceivably made them crawl in Li Bai's direction?

"Did you find out what the nail was?"

"Yes, your highness, I searched among the dark world and realized that was a poisoned Illusion nail. Someone was trying to kidnap the prince!"

The King clenched his fist and hit the table, "how daring! What about the Spirit Forest?"

"I lost the prince there! All I could do was inform you about his wound!"

"Be more conscious, next time." He blamed him with a husky tone.

The King closed his eyes to rehash it all, therefore, Li Bai had come to the relevant determination for ascension! The illusion nail couldn't kill a person like Li Bai with enormous cultivation essence. But it could have had him vulnerable until dark essence absorbed his spirit, to make him a demon.

The dark Queen longed for having the prominent white wolf, his son!

"From now on, I permit you to interfere with the Prince's matters. Whoever drags my son to darkness and death, must stop breathing!"

"Rest assured, your Majesty. I will kill everyone who drags him in danger."

An hour later, the prince demanded to meet his father, and unexpectedly the King accepted.

"What else do you want? Skipping your duties in the palace?"

Li Bai could not get his father's point about Palace's tasks, he was at a noteworthy age that he must be exploring the world and challenging his rivals and enemies.

For heaven's sake!

What honor possibly could have been achieved by fooling around in the palace or hunting?

"Let me hunt those who want to hunt me!" yeah, that's my hobby!

On his way to the main palace, he suddenly came across his sister, Princess Li Xiaosheng. She warned him that the King had summoned his crow which meant he was already acknowledged of everything.

"Have you had the remedy I'd sent you?"

He knew it, there was no qualm that the King was informed about the illusion nail and would investigate personally.

"I'll ask the celestial realm to handle the demon's matter, if not them then who?"

Li Bai was about to spit blood out of anger after hearing the words that left his father's mouth.

His father couldn't be serious right?

"Where will you stay?"

The King burst into laughter, this kid had determined his terminus which disclosed that persistently without an agreement Li Bai would do whatever it caused.

When King Zixin's laughter came to an end, he trailed off, "Take Li Jinhai with you. Help your brother to advance and experience."

However, it was a hefty burden, Li Bai couldn't refuse it.

"Move tonight and report to me everything you discovered. If you fail this mission, the rest of the esteemed cultivators will be summoned to handle it."

Li Bai bowed his head, he was ambitious enough not to tolerate this chance slip by.

"Yes, Father! I won't disappoint you."
