Farewell

With hair that's as grey as ash, a body that could give up in any moment , and a face that has seen the passage of time. But if you stare at his eyes that's as deep as the abyss and within those eyes held love and passion for the woman beside him.

The woman was named Margaret and wore a simple red dress that accentuated her crimson red eyes, lilac hair that smelled like fresh lavender in the morning. Although time may have taken a toll on her, if you see her down the street you'll be able to easily guess that she was a fiery tigress in her youth.

"I do not regret any of the decisions I have made nor the path that I have taken". said the man known as Chrodeas

"Margaret, I don't have much time and I fear that this may be the last time we meet" Chrodeas said.

"Thank you Margaret, for letting this foolish man love you with all his heart. For giving me the chance to prove to you that not even God would stand in our way. For letting me say this last few words before I go. I love you, Margaret and I will continue to do so even in my next life." Those were the last words of Chrodeas. As Chrodeas gently closes his eyes; the void eats away at his surroundings, and just before the darkness overtakes everything, he sees Margaret shed a tear and mumbles about something.
