The Legacy of the cursed Family

The soft crunch of the trees on the ground made her wistful. Salvadora was horrified, she couldn’t move. Suddenly, Rebekah’s silver eyes turned red and blood started to come out of her eyes! But the next thing that happened was even worse, blood started to pool out of Salvadora's eyes too! Hallucinations are real, just invisible

"Salvadora wake up!" Rebekah was shouting in front of her.

Sal thought the dream was over, she was in her bedroom but Rebekah was still standing in front of her.

She quickly backed away and started screaming at her, "Go away, stay away from me," she started crying.

Rebekah was stunned for a few seconds by her reaction. She shouted, "Salvadora, it's me, ROSE! Your mom."

Salvadora realized it was her mom, not REBEKAH. how stupid of her, she thought.

In place of those glowing silver eyes, there were those caring brown eyes.

She also noticed that the paleness and loneliness weren't on her face. There was color, happiness, shine, and love, she was definitely her mom.

"Momm…" she continued crying.

"Calm down child, what happened to you?" her voice was so calm and peaceful, that Salvadora stopped crying. Her mom was experiencing déjà vu, she was extremely worried about her daughter.

"Mom, I'm really scared of all this stuff now, Rebekah came to my dream! She forced me to hang myself!"

Then she told her about her whole dream and how Rebekah forced her to hang herself.

"It's not a coincidence, how dare she tried to hurt you! Rebekah, I'm your enemy not her, and this is my warning to you! Mark my words if you're listening to this," Rose shouted looking at someone who wasn't present there, but her pain and memory were.

Her mother was really worried, her expression clearly expressed that. She tried not to show her feeling and swallowed back all her anger and worries.

Then she hugged Salvadora and said, "Honey, we're going to find a way through this, okay? Now get up and get ready to go to school, I'm getting this feeling that you're gonna have a nice day," they both giggled.

Sam and Salvadora were on their way to school. Both of them were silent, Sam was living in his own world.

While Sal was scared to ask him about the dream with the smile on his face.

"Did you have any dream last night?" asked Salvadora.

"Umm… Yeah but an interesting one," replied Sam grinning.

Sam was in a happy mood and Salvadora didn't want to ruin it, so she kept her mouth shut.

"Care to give me some details? Was Adaline there?" she raised an eyebrow as she said. Sal tried to put up a fake smile in front of him and enjoy it.

"Not really, it wasn't about me, it was about you," he was still grinning.

"Oh really? Then I definitely need to know," Sal smiled with a little attitude, it was real this time.

"I know it sounds really weird, but you and Alex were in a relationship!" Sam started laughing.

Salvadora was kinda shocked, she blushed a little but then started laughing so that Sam wouldn't see it.

"Don't you have anything else to think about? Like you and Adaline?" Sal was annoyed a little bit.

She and Alex have always been friends, nothing more than that. This thing made Sal think about it more.

"Not my fault, I've no control over my dreams," he said in a dramatic voice.

Sam has really good humor. That is one of the reasons why Adaline likes him. But sometimes, he messes it up and makes joke in the wrong situation.

Sal was happy for a few minutes, but then she remembered her dream. She felt like Rebekah was roaming in her mind.

They were on their way to their school and Salvadora was in an opposite mood compared to Sam. It was getting awkward as no one said a word for a long time.

Sam noticed the change and asked, "Did you have a bad one?"

"Bad one? What you're talking about?" Salvadora asked although she knew what he was talking about.

"I meant, dream. You asked me about it earlier, your mood clearly shows that you saw something terrible," Sam's mood was changed too, he was eager to know what she saw.

"I don't wanna ruin your mood, but if you're so eager to know, then listen," Then she told every detail of her horrific dream to him.

"What the hell! You were really thinking to hide it from me? That was so important dude! It's so cool," Sam was literally jumping with excitement; Salvadora didn't expect that.

"First of all, stop calling me dude, I'm not your buddy or anything like that, and secondly, Cool? Does that really seem cool to you? huh?" Salvadora was kinda shocked by his reaction. 'he was supposed to understand,' she thought.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have shown my emotions that much, but to me, it's really getting amazing to be a part of such an adventure," Sam was overreacting now.

"You know what? Screw you, I'm done with you; I think I should find someone else who can understand me better."

"Wait, sis! I'm sorry, I was overreacting because…" before Sam could complete his sentence, Salvadora slammed the door of the car on his face and left.

Salvadora was sitting in her classroom and of course, not paying attention to the lecture.

'How could I concentrate on my studies with all this stuff, which are so good at screwing me?' she thought.

Then she saw Alex waving a hand towards her with a smile, she waved him back with a fake smile but even that didn't last long because the teacher caught them.

"Ms. Silverton and Mr. Cady, this is not your picnic! You need to focus on your studies!" Madam Pomphrey looked so angry for such a little mistake.

'OMG, I totally forgot that Madam Pomphrey was also involved in this mess! Or maybe I should call her aunt Pomphrey?' thought Salvadora.

"Sorry mam," they both said in unison.

The next few minutes were quiet but only if she knew it was a deep breath before the plunge.

Suddenly, she saw a girl with a pale face staring at her with a wicked smile! She was just beside Madam Pomphrey!

She guessed that only she was seeing this because no one in the room acted like she was there.

Then she noticed that it was Rebekah! She can't be here, she knew somehow, she had to get out of here because she didn't want to act like a weirdo in front of her whole class.

"Mam, can I be excused? I am not feeling so well."

Madam Pomphrey surprisingly excused her. As soon she left the class Rebekah started to laugh a burst of evil laughter.

It was so ringing so loud that her head started aching, she fell down in the corridor.

Some people hallucinate, they see things that are not actually present there. But in some cases, like this one, hallucinations are real, just invisible to everyone else.
