Chapter 20

Alex Pov

Alex was following Hope from a safe distance between them, because even Hope was strong he can't let her go in the forest alone because of those three Vampire.

He was following Hope when he saw her crossing the line of treaty. he became sure that something wrong was going to happen.

When they reached Edythe's location he saw she was badly injured and he was very angry and won't to tore those wolves apart, but he controlled himself and saw that Hope was fighting wolves very easily, so he was relieved but then he saw that Hope let her guard down and wolf was going to attack her.

He ran towards them in fastest Speed and on his way towards Hope and Edythe he saw that Edythe pushed Hope aside and she herself was going to take the attack of wolf

He was very happy seeing this, he was relieved thinking that they both care so much for eachother.

He covered his hand in Haki and hold the wolf's mouth with his hand and look toward Edythe who was waiting for wolf to eat her.

General Pov

Edythe opened her eyes and saw that Alex was their holding wolf with his mouth and Alex was also very angry at that time because of he saw how many wounds Edythe have on her body.

He applied pressure in his grip and we can hear sounds of something cracking from Wolf and the wolf cried very loudly, Then Alex threw wolf on side and saw that other Wolves were standing up hearing their comrades cry.

He released his Conquerer Haki and knock them out. Alex moved towards both Edythe and Hope and hug them tightly.

First he healed her and then scolded Edythe for her reckless behaviour and what could have happened. then three of them returned home.

Where Alex signalled Hope for something and she just nodded her head.

Hope :" Edythe, I want to talk to you about something."

Edythe :" Yeah?."

Hope :" I know you love Alex very much and how hard is it for you to be able to stay far from him, so after thinking for while I decided to accept the relationship between you two but."

Edythe was very happy hearing what Hope said, But she quickly become silent hearing Hope's last word of sentence.

Hope :" I will not let you go if you or anyone related to you try to hurt Alex."

Edythe smiled kindly and said :" I know Hope how much you love him and even I won't be able to forgive myself if any harm comes to Alex because of me."

Both Alex and Hope smiled and three of them hugged eachother. That night Edythe stay at Alex's house and three of them sleep while cuddling eachother.

In the morning three of them woke up and Edythe went to her home to getting ready for school and Alex and Hope also started to freshen up.

Edythe Pov

When I reached home I saw everyone was sitting silently in hall and when they saw me entering from front door, they stared at me like I have done something very bad.

Carlisle :" Edythe, where were you yesterday."

Edythe frowned and answer :" I was with Alex and Hope, yesterday."

Carlisle :" Today Jacob from Quilt tribe came to ask about a vampire who broke the jaw of his brother."

Edythe was shocked and don't know what to say so she decided to confront :" it was them who attack us first."

Carlisle :" It was you who crossed the line of treaty and attack them."

Edythe :" I was thinking something and crossed it accidently. I tried to talk to them but they attacked me, so I just attack him in self defence."

Carlisle :" it doesn't matter they said if we don't want to fight all of them you have to go and apologize personally to him."

Edythe was shocked hearing his words she have tears in her eyes and she said :" if it was Edward in my place will you do the same."

Carlisle didn't said anything and Edythe dashed through the front door.

On other side everyone was giving Carlisle different look but none was of agreement with his argument.

After coming out of Cullen's house Edythe run towards the Alex's house when she reached there Alex was cooking breakfast and Hope was in washroom.

Alex saw her asked :" What happened Edythe, why are you crying."

Edythe didn't said anything and hugged Alex tightly while crying. Alex didn't said anything and comforted her after sometime she stopped crying and told Alex what happened.

Alex was very shocked that Carlisle said those words and was very angry to think that wolves are going to do something like that.

He decided that he have to give both sides a little demonstration of his power and let them know not to mess with them.
