Chapter 10-Athena

Dwight and Tessa entered the room, finding it comfortable and well-furnished.

Dwight scanned the room and saw the sofa, immediately jumping onto it and lying down.

'Ah.'

Tessa, on the other hand, shook her head and opened the bag she was carrying, revealing the head of Nirvana popping out.

Dwight had decided to put Nirvana in the bag to avoid attracting more attention.

When Tessa first saw Nirvana, she asked what kind of creature she was and where she came from, but Dwight simply said he found Nirvana in the forest and decided to take care of her.

Tessa didn't dwell on it much but was amazed at how beautiful Nirvana's feathers were.

She had also grown close to her on the way to the academy.

Nirvana immediately jumped out of the bag and onto Dwight's chest, opening her mouth as if to say she was hungry.

Dwight thought of something and smiled as he stood up and said, "Hmm, I will cook dinner for us tonight."

Tessa was stunned and immediately retorted, "Don't, young master, I still want to live."

Dwight was taken aback and immediately pinched her cheeks, saying, "Tsk, you don't trust my cooking skills?"

Tessa was annoyed because he pinched her cheeks again, but she saw he was serious about cooking.

She had never seen him cook, as he was usually lazy, but she decided to support him.

She replied, "Okay, but you must call me if you need help."

She then carried Nirvana, not wanting to distract Dwight from cooking.

Dwight smiled and went to the kitchen.

'Ah, how long since I stopped cooking?'

With his power before, he didn't need to eat, but before he became a God, he visited many places and learned some skills from good cooks, and he even abducted the God of Cooking to cook for him for some time.

He scanned the tools and equipment, amazed to see that the place had a complete set of cooking materials.

He immediately took out a large piece of 9-star beast meat from his spatial ring, along with some 9-star herbs and ingredients.

All of them had been gifted to him, and he decided it was time to use them.

He wanted to cook food that could not only satiate the hunger of Nirvana and Tessa but also be full of vitamins and beneficial to their bodies.

If they ate it, their physique would become stronger, and their cultivation would be enhanced.

Tessa was only an ordinary human and didn't have any powers to defend herself if he wasn't by her side, so he decided to train her secretly.

He chopped all the ingredients and took out some seasonings he had created.

Before he became a god, he liked to cook and could claim he could defeat the God of Cooking if he wanted.

He traveled to many worlds, collected various kinds of ingredients, and ate many foods from different planets and galaxies.

After 20 minutes, Tessa and Nirvana, who were waiting at the table, smelled a delicious aroma and looked towards the kitchen. They knew that Dwight was the only one there, which shocked Tessa.

'He really knows how to cook.'

She felt hungry because of the smell but endured it and waited for Dwight.

Nirvana, on the other hand, was already drooling because of the smell and could not wait to eat.

They didn't wait long as Dwight came out of the kitchen carrying many different kinds of food.

He placed them on the table one by one, and Tessa and Nirvana's eyes shone at how colorful the foods were, looking like they were created by a master chef.

There was a steak made from the meat Dwight had marinated with his secret recipe.

There was also a soup made of many 9-star ingredients and meatballs made from other 9-star beasts' meat.

Tessa was amazed and said, "I didn't know you knew how to cook."

Dwight smiled and replied, "You still don't know many of my secrets, hehe."

Dwight took his seat and said, "You can now eat."

Seeing how hungry both of them were, he told them to eat.

Tessa smiled, then took a bowl and prepared the food for Nirvana.

Nirvana was excited to taste it and immediately bit into the steak Tessa had prepared for her.

Chirp! Chirp!

She was amazed at how delicious it was and could not stop expressing her joy from eating it.

Tessa saw how happy she was and decided to try it herself.

She scooped some soup and tasted it.

"Wow."

The soup was delicious, making her feel like she was in heaven.

The flavor was excellent, the best food she had ever eaten.

She looked at Dwight and saw him eating without caring about their reactions.

She had not expected Dwight's cooking skills to be this good, and her reverence for him elevated to the highest level.

They all ate happily, with Tessa and Nirvana unaware that their bodies were rapidly changing because of what they ate.

Dwight had cooked using precious ingredients, but he had added something that would shock anyone who knew him: a drop of his blood essence.

One drop of his blood could make anyone a heavenly genius.

Tessa and Nirvana were lucky but unaware of it.

Extracting blood essence took much time and cost most people a lot, but for Dwight, it was nothing as he had the perfect physique.

After eating, they all entered their own rooms, with Nirvana going with Dwight as usual.

Nirvana immediately fell asleep, full from eating a lot of the food Dwight had cooked.

After seeing she was asleep, he stood up, took out a black outfit and his white mask, put them on, and disappeared from his place, entering Tessa's room.

Tessa lay on her bed, looking at the ceiling. She was still amazed by how cool Dwight had looked earlier, blushing when she thought of it.

Dwight's appearance was perfect, his talent immeasurable, and his cooking skill godly.

He was the dream of many girls, and she felt sad thinking she was just an ordinary maid with no talents, destined to stay mediocre.

She sighed and murmured, "I want to protect him and take care of him forever, but destiny is cruel to me."

As she thought, she suddenly heard a voice.

"Destiny is brutal and playful, but it's not impossible to change your destiny and create your own."

She looked at the source of the voice and saw a man dressed in black with a white mask on his face.

She could not detect that it was Dwight, as his voice had changed, and his body was covered with a black outfit.

"Who are you"

She asked as she didn't expect that someone would infiltrate this place.

Dwight immediately replied, "Well, they call me Hope and I give hope to those who are in need."

Tessa was stunned and didn't expect his response. She was a smart lady and Dwight knew it so he replied again.

"I knew you would not believe in me immediately, but do you want to be a maid forever and watch him be with other girls?"

Tessa was stunned as she didn't expect that he could read what was on her mind so she said, "How could you help me? and what is the payment for your help?"

Dwight shakes his head and replies, "I won't ask for payments, but I hope you continue to take care of him."

After that, he snapped out his fingers then Tessa immediately lost consciousness and fell on the bed.

Dwight looked at her and then decided to unseal one of his magic.

"Seal of the Summoning Magic, Open"

He decided to open his Summoning Magic as it cannot destroy this planet.

He had some magic skills he can open without damaging the core of this planet and Summoning Magic is one of them.

If he unlocks his other tyrannical skills even if it was 0.0001%, it would surely destroy this planet.

On the other hand, summoning magic is safer, and he only needs to summon a spirit he wants.

"Yo, fvcking Athena, come out and don't make noise"

He immediately created a summoning circle and then a small figure came out of it.

She is only 8 inches tall but her looks are gorgeous while she was wearing majestic armor.

She looks at Dwight and said, "Who are you to summon this venerable"

"You are handsome so you can be my pet"

"You shall first kneel in front of me then serve me for eternity whahaha"

She looks arrogant but then a hand suddenly smacked her down and she was blasted to the ground.

"Ouch, what's wrong with you?"

She was angry as she was being smacked by a brat.

Dwight looks at her and replies, "You still didn't change Athena huh? Do you want to be sealed by me again"

Athena looks at him again and then looks at his deep dark eyes. She saw endless darkness and she realized something.

"Sword God"

She instantly realized and then she ran towards him and caressed his cheek.

She didn't immediately recognize him as his face right now is only a percentage of his original image but his eyes are the same.

"Sword God, I didn't expect that we would meet again, I thought that you would leave me forever huhu."

She cried and Dwight felt bad for her.

He met her when Dwight traveled in the Spirit World because he was bored.

Spirits can be summoned and be contracted by anyone to be familiar with or have an equal relationship based on the contract you deal with them.

Dwight met Athena when she was a newborn spirit and she was alone and didn't have anyone to accompany her.

He felt pity for her and decided to bring her with him and train her and nourish her.

She could be basically his disciple but he didn't want to acknowledge her as a disciple as he treats her as a friend.

Athena became dependent on him even though she became the queen of the Spirits with Dwight's help and guidance.

After staying in the Spirit World for thousands of years, he decided to leave her silently as he was afraid that she would follow him.

She was old enough and strong enough so it was time for her to be mature and independent and he believes that leaving her is the best choice.

He almost forgot about her because he continued to sleep for millions of years but when he met Tessa, it reminded him of her, so he decided to summon her.
