Chapter 1- The Incident

The SS 2 students were at it again. Their Noise!!!. They have been warned several times to stop the noise and concentrate on their studies even if the subject teacher was absent.

chineye popularly known as 'Nene' sat on her desk. she was moody.

~ MARK's POV.~

I looked at Nene, always beautiful but this one her face is like this, what happened?. I had to approach her.

"Hello Nene, what's wrong?" I asked and sat beside her.

"Mark don't bother your self about me". She replied trying to smile.

Nene was the type of girl that hate placing her burden on others especially her friends.

"You can tell me this, I'm your friend remember?" I said but instead she was still adamant.

I know that's why I don't want to bother you. If you won't mind please excuse me". She said politely as she stood up to leave. Before I knew it, She missed her steps and fell straight to me. I tried very fast to hold her but it was too late. We went to the straight to the floor with me still holding her arms. Our lips touched each other.

~ NENE's POV. ~

We lost control and didn't know that we were looking at each other for up to four seconds with our lips together, until the whole class gathered around us.

"Oh my!" Vivian shouted "They're kissing".

That was when we came back to earth. We stood up and began to clean the dust off our clothes with our hands. I was so embarrassed.

" When did they start shooting a 'B4U' movie or 'ZEE WORLD' Movie in the class?" Zinab asked and clapped her hands in mockery.

I couldn't believe it. I hung my head low. "I pray no one snapped or video this incident, coz I will be in a very big trouble" I muttered.

"Enough!" Mark shouted and the whole class went mute immediately. He was one of the most respected student in the college because of his intelligence and the fame he had brought to the school, also one of the top 10 handsome guy in college.

" It was all a mistake. we didn't intend to fall and kiss each other. she missed her steps and fell on me. Please do not think otherwise. Understood?" He defended.

~ MARK's POV. ~

I couldn't watch her feel embarrassed. She was almost at the verge of crying. I loved her right from day one The time I was admitted into the college in my SS1. I don't think she knows about my feelings towards her because I didn't have the courage to confess it to her.

"It's okay let's go" I said holding her by the hand as we went out of the class to a cooler place.
