Liam sat back in his chair and slowly composed himself. He recalled Clyde, Lana's gay friend who first realised his feelings towards Lana. The one who gave him a detailed account of Lana's emotional state and the guy was really close to her as well. 

He was in his own world at that time, so much lost in his thoughts that he did not even give any attention to his two cousins murmuring right in front of him, probably making fun of him too... 

All that his brain was busy thinking at that moment was whether or not to crash Lana's place at that moment.

Ryu read Liam's conflicted expressions and somewhat came to understand what it could be about, so he commented, "Don't be too clingy or that woman will feel suffocated…"
