"Zelda, I want you to go hide in the dungeon. I know it's for the prisoners but they'll never look for you there," father said.
"But father! I wish to fight! I know how to fight! I have armor and a sword! Let me help Hyrule for once rather than being the helpless princess like the other generations of Zeldas!"
Father looked offended before her turned towards me gave me a hard glare.
"No. Princesses don't fight. Now go hide in the dungeon."
I reluctantly left the dining room. But I didn't go to the dungeon. I went to the armory. I gazed at the legendary Master Sword. It was tempting to try and use it but I knew only the fated hero could pull it out of the stone.
I grabbed the specially made armor for me and quickly shoved it on. I then decided to use a sword made for the Knights of the Triforce. The sword was heavy yet graceful. I was unsure of my skills with such a heavy sword but what else was I supposed to do?
I ran out into the front lines in the court yard.
"CAPTAIN GANON! SIDE BY ME," I yelled out over the screams of gerudos and hylians alike. It was painful to see so much death but it was better being here than letting the battle go on while I was safe in hiding.
"YES MY LORD," Captain Ganon shouted back. He ran to my side just in time to deflect an attack coming from behind me.
I danced through the graceful battle, wounding enemies as I went while Captain Ganon finished them off. It was so wrong but it felt so right.
"PRINCESS ALLOW ME TO LEAVE YOU WHILE I HELP MY MEN," Captain Ganon yelled. I nodded curtly as I ran towards the armory. One of the gerudo warriors had pierced through the armor but it had not reached my body thankfully.
I continued the dance of war as I made my way to the armory. I reached the door but as I went for the handle, I felt a slice through my arm.
"ANGHH," I cried out in pain. I swivelled around to see someone in a green tunic. My eyes widened in fear. It was the man that killed my mother. I didn't know how I knew that but it was a gut feeling.
I twisted the knob and ran inside. The man in green had me cornered. On impulse, I reached for a sword and the closest sword to me was the Master Sword.
I killed the man with the Master Sword
