The Last Tears

Emerald Castle... Jemmy sat lonely with his laptop hosting an online meeting with his staff. When he heard a slight movement, he looked at the bed attentively. "Send someone to protect Marina. She's my sister." Naysa said while still asleep. Jemmy didn't understand whether she was dreaming or meant what she said. When he tried to wake her up, she was still sleeping. But anyway, Wade was send off to Polar hotel. Evening, Naysa opened her eyes and stared into the black shiny eyes. Jemmy was too happy when she woke up. Though the doctor just said she was ok, Jemmy could still not believe his words. "How do you feel?" Jemmy asked. Naysa wanted to sit up but the strong hands held her back. "You'll hurt yourself." "Am fine I can sit ok?" She said but Jemmy didn't let her go. "Naysa there is one thing we have to talk about. The way you do take rush decisions is alarming and that's endangering your life. At least, wherever you go, take the guards with you. For the sake of your protection." Jemmy said. Naysa, with Jemmy's support sat up and looked at him. "I just don't know what came over me. Am sorry." She said, lowering her head like an obedient child to the parents. It was too cute that Jemmy stared at her admiringly. Even at her weakest point, she's still never lost her beauty. "I'll make you something to eat." He said as he stood up and headed to the kitchen. "Hey, some wonders here today!" Adrian started. "He's going to personally cook for her." Another guard said. "Wait, does he even know how to cook?" Stenson couldn't help laughing. In a matter of five minutes, the kitchen looked like a tornado zone. Broken pieces of glasses and plates were all over. Flour was all over the place plus in his face. His whole clothes were covered in flour and other kitchen ingredients. When he came out, Naysa who sat in the living room burst out laughing. Stenson couldn't help it as he took pictures. The other guards went out the couldn't suppress their laughter any longer. "Ooh my God! What were you doing?" Naysa held a mirror close to his face but Jemmy closed his eyes. "Do I look terrible?" He asked in a cute deep voice. "No... Not really. Who said my husband can look terrible? You look cute and funny. You've won a suit to the kitchen? I can't help it." Naysa laughed again. Looking at his suit, Jemmy couldn't help frowning. "What did you prepare for me?" She asked. "I made instant noodles." He said. "And how did you have your whole body covered in flour?" She asked. Jemmy kept quiet. "Can I go to the kitchen and have a look?" "No... Don't go there!" Jemmy stepped forward to stop her. "Can we go together then?" Naysa asked. "If you insist." He replied while leading the way. Naysa followed. The whole kitchen was a mess. The trash can was full of spoilt dumplings, pan cakes and many other goods he tried to prepare. He looked at Naysa innocently. "Ok you did a good job, but you're a pretty bad cook." She said. Jemmy stared at her as if digesting what she just said. "Ok, don't be mad at me for that kind of a comment. Can I be your teacher then?" "Sure." He replied. "But there is a fee to pay. Are you ready?" She asked. "How much is it teacher?" He asked eargerly that Naysa laughed. "It's not about money. It's something else." She said. "Whatever you want, I'll do it for you." Jemmy said. "Good, now take a guess before I tell you."

CHAPTER SEVENTY FOUR: SHE THREW A TANTRUM

CHAPTER SEVENTY FOUR:

Uncle Tarran listened carefully.

"Also, many employees have re-signed from work, leaving behind only ten percent of the original personel."

Frank shook his head with a smile. Those fools who terminated the contract and those who resigned didn't know what they just did. They'll regret loosing that chance. He thought to himself.

"And, the Red State Company company send over a someone to sign a contract with the Haven's, which is a chance many companies have been dying for." Jake said.

Uncle Tarran trembled. He knew about the Red State Company. Besides, he didn't expect the Grants to be that good. They're the ones who helped to get back what belonged to the Havens. They also had personally send someone to sign a contract. That was good news on its own. Besides, he asked himself, why would the Grants do all this? How were the related to Naysa? He wanted to conclude the obvious but instead sighed.

"Sir... Would you like me to drive you to the Red State Company?" Frank, who felt he really missed a lot of Jemmy's actions and Naysa's good character finally spoke.

"Why would I go there?" Uncle Tarran asked.

"Aren't you doubting the contract?" Frank said while at the same time wishing he could not have talked. Of course it was real and he personally knew Jemmy would do this for his love to his wife.

After taking a cold shower, Marina asked to spend time alone. Leaving her in the room, Naysa drove to Red State Company.

Red State Company, in the conference room.

Jemmy sat on his usual seta as the CEO of Red State Company. The sfltaff members sat stiffly as the meeting proceeded. So far when it comes to company matters, Jemmy was always serious.

"Sir, the new CEO of Haven's company accepted the contract and had it signed and sealed." One staff member said.

"That was of no doubt a sure thing." Jemmy replied as serious as ever. "Let the meeting proceed."

"The net Profit if the company counts to 150 million in a span of one month. Though not all the deliveries were made, the office recorded goods delivered to amount to 200 million. The finance office recorded 120 million spend on updating the system and upgrading the equipments which is approximately five percent..."

As the meeting proceeded, Stenson walked in unlikely usual where he never dared disturb Jemmy in a meeting and whispered something in his ears.

"The meeting is suspended." Jemmy said.

Everyone looked at his wide eyed. It was the first time he has suspended a meeting and not gotten mad at Stenson after he walked in in the middle of the meeting. Then he took his file and tablet and handed them to Stenson before walking out with no further explanation to the staff. Everyone sighed. Anyway, the air was all tense and now that he left, they breathed hard.

Walking into his office, he found Naysa leaning back on his desk.

"Honey you are here?" Jemmy kissed her ok the forehead though he was being tempted to go further especially when he looked at the pale thighs exposed in the rays that penetrated the curtains.

"Mmh... Today I decided to come check on you at work. Is the conference meeting over?" Naysa asked.

"Yes sure. " Jemmy took of his coat and dropped it on one of the luxurious sofas in the office.

"Jemmy, I have something I need to talk to you about." Naysa started.

"Am all yours, I have your time honey." He said, but the next moment he kissed her on the lips.

"Can you wait until we're done talking?" Naysa asked.

"I better do the talking after am done with what I just started." Jemmy said, kissing her even deeper. Naysa could feel his other member raging in the tent. Before she could deny him, her body responded. She kissed him back as Jemmy carried her on the big sofa and after laying her down, went deep into her, making her moan softly. Good heavens Stenson wasn't anywhere around.

After a moment of pleasure,

"Sweetum, I want to join entertainment circle." Naysa said while still lying down with Jemmy on top of her. But Jemmy was still admiring her lithe body he didn't hear her sentence. "Jemmy am talking to you."

"Can we? ..." Jemmy looked at her sexily.

"No... We haven't talked yet." Naysa pushed him but that didn't help. "I want to join the entertainment circle."

"What?" Jemmy suddenly became attentive. He knew if she joined entertainment, she would meet all kinds of men with different motives. Besides, other people will admire his wife. How could he allow that?

"You heard me right. I can't be staying home all day long or visiting uncle Tarran that often. Besides, Marina got herself busy. Why would I just sit there like I can't do anything? I love music and all that happens in the entertainment circle, of course except what you're thinking right now." Naysa explained.

"No!" In a firm voice, Jemmy turned her down. "I'll get you everything you need but you aren't joining an entertainment circle. I won't have you meet all kinds of men looking at you. If you feel bored at home, better come here and disturb me." Jemmy sat up. Naysa also sat up.

"But I can't be coming here to disturb you everyday. What else do you want me to do?" Naysa asked. "My vision was never sitting idle after school ok?"

"I can stand you disturbing me all day all year round. I can multitask ok? I'll have my wife as a sweet nuisance here everyday. I think that will motivate me to work more harder." Jemmy said.

"Am not in for jokes." Naysa said in a serious tone.

"Am not joking. You aren't joining any entertainment circle." Jemmy replied while wanting to hold her in his arms but Naysa moved away.

"What do you mean by that? I can't do what I like? I don't have any freedom to decide on my own?" Naysa threw a tantrum, standing up and walking out, leaving Jemmy still holding the lingerie in his hands.

At the Johnson's home.

After Naysa left for Red State Company, Marina decided to go to her home despite feeling down. When she arrived, her father wasn't around. She went to her room without replying to her sisters' talks. When Mr. Johnson arrived, the two girls informed him that Marina was back.

"Call her here for me." He said.

After being called, Marina came in the living room to meet her dad. She sat respectfully opposite him as her sisters sat on either sides of her.

"Marina we will not sit back and watch you disgrace this family. When we asked you about your prostitution work at the hotel, you denied. Right now can you explain this?" Slapping a newspaper on the table, Mr. Johnson said.

Marina tooks the newspaper and almost cried. For heaven's sake, the information was published with a very catchy headline, "MARINA JOHNSON TRADES HER BODY AT POLAR HOTEL." She cursed the tabloids.

"Someone must be behind this..." She cried to herself as she squeezed the paper in her hand.
