Unexpected Explosion
The three armed officers were still exploring every room on the big cruise.
Corpses were lying here and there in a very sad condition, even some with disjointed bodies.
The second officer frowned, but he continued on his way because his two comrades were in another room.
The three met again in a hall in the middle of the cruise. In the part of the hall that spanned several floors above, they found an even more terrifying sight there.
"Who did all this to these people?" said the third officer.
"I found the same thing behind," said the second officer.
Meanwhile, the first officer pointed his gun at various corners of the room to make sure nothing was stalking them. The sight inside the hall gave them goosebumps—call it that if you don't want to replace it with the word fear.
Indeed, among the corpses that lay here and there, some were still intact with their skin blackened or shrunken as if they had lost their bodily fluids.
