Tedashii sat on his desk and confidently glared at Mister Tie.

"Good luck, Tedashii."

"Thank you, Sir."

The clock started winding down as pens swirling filled the room. 

Tedashii, I don't think staying up is a good idea. After your fight, you should replenish your spiritas.

("At this rate, my team will get split if I don't do this. So…I need to do this..")

He could not stop shivering and struggled to write his name.

("Maybe if I tire myself, it'll take over like this…")

He passed out on his desk, but no one seemed to notice. Mister Tie took him out of the hall in a blink.

"What was that?" One of the students asked.

"Don't worry; just keep on writing," Tie answered as a hologram replaced him while he was away.

"It seems he just passed out. Was he maybe up a little late?" He asked.

"Beats me. I didn't see him return home last night; not even his team knew about his whereabouts," Gaiyato said.

"You think he might have done this on purpose or what?" Azahii asked

But Gaiyato could only shrug his shoulders at the questions they asked him. And then…

BOOM!

He took his Revlo state out of the blue.

"WATCH OUT MISTER TIE!!"

SLASH!!

Azahii pushed Tie away before Alchrono sliced him in two.

CATCH!

"Are you okay?" Gaiyato caught him in time.

"This boy is…a Fushigiri?"

"It's a long story, Sir. May I explain when this is all over?"

"Alright, but this better be SOME explanation!"

BLAST!!

An attack was heading their way during their idle talk.

Azahii parried the attack with his own.

"Mister Tie… it's been a while."

Tie looked up as Alchrono said his name.

"Revlo Alchrono? To think I would not see another Fushigiri in my school after Cheyzar. What brings you here to take over his body like this?"

"Oh, it was not me. It was the brat all along."

"What do you mean by that?" Gaiyato asked.

"After finding out your stunt by switching the content of both books, he used this moment to give everyone in that hall the green light. How kind…yet very stupid."

("So Tedashii drained himself to catch my attention. And not just that…to allow all the students to cheat at free will.) Gaiyato, Azahii," Mister Tie stood up and dusted his clothes. "Leave him to me; you guys head back before the time runs out."

And with that, they both left.

"You're not planning on taking me alone, are you?"

"You know I can't fight anymore, but that doesn't mean I can't teach you two a lesson."

He kept waiting for a response. "He-he. Yeah, I'll also get some rest for the day."

The following day, all the students were told to line up in front of the school, for their results would be revealed soon.

"Welcome back to all of you. It is a pleasure to see that we have full attendance today, for this will be an essential day for assembly." Mr Tie turned to Tedashii. And I hope you all got enough…rest today."

Tedashii had his head down the entire time, leaving some students in doubt.

("Was he addressing that to Tedashii?") Kate asked.

"But fine. Mister Maximus has already finished marking everyone's tests, and your results are flashing above your heads."

HUH?!

All the students looked up and saw their results on full display.

"A 72? That's not bad." Adrian said.

"88. Man, Suno's pretty smart." Yuro said as he got the same result as her, and they both gave each other a thumbs up.

"WHOA! LOOK!"

One of the boys was pointing at the highest scores.

"I see you guys have glimpsed. Each score changes hue according to the quota. White is 60-69, blue is 70-79, silver is 80-89…and gold is a flawless score," Alphas said.

And out of all the students, there were twelve golds. Asuka, Eon, Gale, Lionelle, Yuki, Brittany, Haruro, Lincoln, Kaen, Uchino, Mino and lastly…FRANCO!

"YEAH! WAY TO GO GUYS!

"WOW, THAT IS SO COOL!"

"HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!!"

BEEP!!

A sudden alarm scared everyone off their feet.

"What was that?"

"Oh…that's a surprise…"
