"Then how will I get out of here?" Shi Fan slowly wept as he pondered that his goal is getting farther and farther he grew increasingly angry. "Should I unequip my shoes?"

"Don't bother, even if you're not in combat the moment you unequip them you'll still touch the sands with your feet." Quan Shi reminded him.

Being bare naked inside the game is no issue as some challenges or quests needed the player to be as light as possible. To avoid trouble with the Three Galaxies Government the System provides them with undergarments that have no weight given.

"Shi Fan, arrogance is always a determining factor between life and death. Controlling it will surely take you into a whole another level," Quan Shi continued. Despite his words not matching the current mood he still spoke of it.

He might have not completely known who this guy he is currently residing with. Yet there is one thing he is sure, the vast potential he holds is truly cut above the rest. If he could just clean and polish this guy. Without a doubt, walking this, no, even running through this sand would be very easy.

"I just had to remove the arrogance won't it?" Shi Fan smiled at his master. He understood one thing behind his words, "If even such little grains could stop we, what more an unstoppable opponent." He said to himself.

Hearing those words Quan Shi couldn't help but tear a little despite having a plume of fire as his body.

"It seems a chore but, how should I get out of here." Shi Fan looked down on his equipment and noticed something strange at the sands. "It's blinking."

Makiling who was about to sit down on the ground suddenly halted on his actions when he heard Shi Fan's words. It's as if he heard something unbelievable.

"This kid." Makiling smiled as he entered Shi Fan's subconscious again.

"It seems you heard it too." Quan Shi smirked.

"Gotta hand it to Emperor Quan Shi, the discoverer of the Golden Sands to find someone extremely capable." Makiling clapped after confirming his own suspicion.

"That's right, yet I didn't expect the kid to notice it so early. The blinking of the sands is so fast that only a nano-second separates it. For the kid to notice it too soon. Seems my plans for him would hasten." Quan Shi looked at Makiling with a confident tone.

"Yet will he be able to discover the meaning behind the blinks?" Makiling asked.

"It might take a long time for him to discover it, yet isn't it already an achievement for him to notice it already?" Quan Shi replied while looking through his student's eyes.

"How long could it possibly be?" Makiling asked.

"We're lucky if he discovered it in a week's time. Else he'll notice it in a month or two." Quan Shi answered.

"Mana fluctuations?" Shi Fan mumbled to himself and the two spirits froze upon hearing his words.

"IMPOSSIBLE!" Quan Shi and Makiling suddenly shouted. If Shi Fan was aware of what is happening inside his mind he'll surely go deaf with how loud their shout was.

"No way, was that luck? It's surely luck hahaha" Quan Shi's cold sweat could be seen in his forehead but it's only if he has a forehead actually existed.

"It's surely luck hahaha," Makiling also came to the conclusion while smiling wryly. It's already a miracle for the kid to notice the blinking of the Golden Sands yet to know the phenomena behind it. It's utterly impossible.

"It's definitely Mana fluctuations." Shi Fan smiled to himself.

"HEY!," Makiling looked at Quan Shi with disdain. "Are you shittin with me?, You sure he's not your uncle in a child's body?!,"

"Are you shittin me more?! Even just being near to that old guy makes me shiver what more being inside his body! And at his subconscious at that," Quan Shi roared while at the same time proud of his student.

"How did you find that out?," Makiling on the outside asked Shi Fan who is unaware of the conversation between the two.

Shi Fan looked at Makiling and smiled,

"One of the heaviest objects in the entire Continent? it's not these things, it's the Mana in it."

Makiling smiled. What the kid said was true. Since time immemorial Mana has always been here since the first human. No one knows where it originates, most people assume it's the Heaven's World Core. Which is the residing place of the Active Gods, however as the place only a rumor no one could prove it's integrity. Mana, in its lightest form, could penetrate every living and non-living object, however, the object which has the densest Mana in it is very heavy in terms of weight and power.

As Mana inside the individual is more potent than the floating Mana. This is why Emperors are most feared when they roam the continent as they are the known densest holder of Mana inside their bodies.
