The 9 lion cubs' reunion

[ Midnight, 12.24 am ]

It's a silent night and all of them were sleeping in their own room as they laid on their way comfy bed. Kitana was protecting herself from the cold night by snuggled in a thick blanket while Leona sleeps on the corner of the room in the warmth of her bed.

Angeline looked around and took her laptop which she always keeps in its special pinkish-red laptop bag. < No signs of him around > Angeline checked in the changing room and the toilet.

When she feels safe, she opened the google meet and type the meeting code in the column given.

"Hello, my little apple pie" Leonardo, a mixed-race 19-year-old guy teases her as he waved when she entered the online meeting with a wide smile.

Aaron and Leonardo laughed on the camera and their face looks so hilarious. Since all of them were in different places and time zone, they must aware and alert about their sudden meeting.

"Enough you immature brat" Edwin Jameson, 22 years old guy a.k.a the eldest. He shook his head as both of them barely take something seriously.

"Are you there, Nana? Lucy?" Grace Lillion, 21 years old girl joined the online meeting and was asking about Natsumi's and Lucy's presence.

"I'm here" Lucy Reagon, an Italian girl with a beautiful pair of greyish eyes responded to her Grace. "Nana?" She called and no one responded.

"I think she still on her mission" Angeline guessed and all of them nodded in agreement. "So...6 out of 9... we shall continue our meeting without them" Edwin stated and they obey the eldest's word without any objection.

[ After the 32 minutes meeting ]

"Hey! Wanna hang out like the old days?" Leonardo gives a piece of his mind. Then Edwin suggested they throw a party in LA, where he's staying right now. "And we can make a matching tattoo for the 9 of us" Lucy excitedly clapped her hand and asked if everyone fine with it.

"Sounds good" Angeline nodded and took a sip of her hot tea which she made earlier. "Sounds good enough until your parents find out," Leonardo told her because as for Angeline, her parents didn't allow her to have a tattoo on her skin even an inch or she was forced to remove it.

All of them spending hours talking and laughing together while Aaron helped anyone who needs help to book a ticket to LA.

"Frost!" Angeline swiftly stands up to hide her squad's face as she saw someone sneaking behind her through the camera.

Frost with his white t-shirt stands straight as he coldly looked at her and crossing his arm onto himself. Angeline took steps backward and sit on top of her desk to cover her action in forcing the laptop to shut down.

"With whom you're talking with?" Frost frowned and he tried to see who's the person she's been trying to hide from him.

Angeline's finger pushed the off button on the top left of her keyboard to force shut down her laptop yet her stubborn laptop wouldn't just shut down quickly. It made Angeline cursed and wanted to smash it on the floor.

"Don't make me mad, sweetheart or you're guilty of being so stubborn" He walked closer and closer until their faces got close to each other. He opened her legs and step forward into the gap of her legs. He then placed his arm on the desk between her arm and body.

Angeline didn't want to surrender so she kept pushing the button until it shut down entirely.

"You're lying to me, right?" Frost stared into her eyes to detect whether she's lying or not. "No..." Angeline looked down to prevent from looking into his confident eyes.

"If you are not lying, then why looking down?" He asked. Angeline pulled herself and stared back at him. His stare was getting deeper until she couldn't stand to look into his sexy blue eyes anymore.

"You're just being jealous" She shouted on his face with a blush of pink on her cheek. Frost smirked and titled his head to her neck slowly. Angeline took a deep breath as he softly blew his breath from the neck to her ear.

"Don't you think we're in suggestive position?" He growled hungrily on her ear as he cants wait to devour that sweet lips of her. Angeline's heart ran thousands of miles and dropped when his cold hands touched her bare waist skin from the back.

[ Whereas the other ]

"Wait, Frost," Angeline said quietly as she knew Frost is acting seductive towards her. Even though her screen is black, the other still could hear quiet screaming and tease behind the scenes.

"I'm sorry" Angeline laughed as Frost tickled her neck with his finger. The other kept their silence as focused on the scene. Angeline begged him to stop or she will lack of breath or dying caused by laughter. "Not until you tell me all" Frost chuckled as Angeline kicked his legs.

"Someone knows what happened to her?" Edwin asked as he zoomed in his face into the camera.

"No big thing, just her boyfriend" Aaron casually and waved at the before he ended his call. And before Frost saw their faces Edwin disbanded the online meeting.

[ 2 days later ]

Angeline told Antonio that all of the squad will be gathering at Edwin's house and she also asked permission from her parents to print a tattoo on her skin. Yes, she could print it but not to over as it's not very sweet to see a young lady with so many tattoos.

"I'm going to miss you" Kitana hugged Angeline who's gonna left them for two weeks. Angeline brought along her all the information which she wrote from the last meeting in a file which she places in her backpack earlier. "Remember whatever you do, don't drink" Frost poked her forehead as her parents didn't allow her to consume the alcoholic drink before reaching the age of 22.

Her flight started at 10.00 am sharp and Angeline waved at her friends. "I'm not gonna cry" Kitana's eyes redden and watery yet the boys only looked at her and shows no reaction. Both of them knew that Kitana is a crybaby and could be emotional sometime.

Without wasting any time, Angeline walked into the plane and someone holds her shoulder from behind. "Aaron?" She smiled. "Don't forget about me. I'm still here, apple pie" He wears his sunglasses as the sun ray straight into his emerald eyes.

[ 1 hour 40 minutes of flight from San Francisco ]

[ Los Angelas, California ]

"Welcome to LA, baby" Aaron inhaled the cold air of Los Angelas.

Aaron and Angeline sit awhile and waited for their luggage for them to pick it up. Aaron's phone rang and he picked it up as it's from an unknown number. "Hello?" He speaks.

"Hello to both of you" Leonardo from behind gripped both of their neck and jump. His heavy weight almost pushed Angeline to the ground, luckily Edwin pulled Angeline and Leonardo almost fell as he lost his balance.

Leonardo Reyes, an Asian guy from the Philippines with black hair and eyes. His father is from the Philippines while his mother is from Thailand yet now they stay in London as his father ran a business with his old friend. He was notoriously known as Trouble Maker. Specialist, setting multiple traps, and turn peace into chaos. He has a habit where he loves to steal things yet he will return it eventually or keep it.

"That's enough, Leo" Edwin blew a sigh. Edwin Jameson a.k.a the leader of the squad. The one who's in charge to make sure the mission is well prepared before making a further move. Codename, Drago. Specialist in investigation and survivability for 1 whole month on an Island. Based on the data, he's the only one who could pass Lion's grand test since all the general passed the test.

"Come on you two, everyone is waiting for our 'welcome home' party!" Leonardo jumped excitedly and snatched Angeline's luggage from her hand.

[ Edwin's house ]

They drove there for about 20 minutes and they arrived at Edwin's large house where it's a bit far from the city. Specifically, that's his second house where he uses to go when gathering and it's completed with a high-tech system.

Leonardo walked as he was talking and at one spot he stops and makes a not so obvious spin to prevent from stepping one of the tiles on the floor.

Angeline accidentally steps on the pressure plate and there's rope that's supposed to grip Angeline's foot yet Angeline managed to escape.

"Well, the data have never been wrong that you're a good escaper" Leonardo shrugged as the trap was meant for Aaron, not her. Angeline Wilson was an expert in close combat and escaping. Her agile movement makes her hard to get and she's also a fast thinker.

Edwin opened the door and all of the other 5 members were there to join the party. "Welcome home" The 5 shouted together and Leonardo accidentally slammed the cream pie on Edwin's face instead of Aaron.

The moment becomes silent for a while and Leonardo quickly ran before Edwin gets really mad.

"Looks like lady luck is on my side this time" Aaron smirked as he untied his shoelace when Leonardo slammed the pie.
