CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

Alice had her eyes shut. She felt dizzy and her body was getting too heavy. Her legs couldn't carry her body any longer. Occasionally Mary would come in and try to compel her but would see it isn't working and then go back.

The pain Alice was feeling was immeasurable and tremendous. The floor was wet with her blood and she could feel life draining slowly out of her system. She remained there in pain hoping for her time of death to come sooner.

There was a bang outside. She wanted to move but was too weak to even lift her head. She heard the screams of people outside but couldn't tell what was happening. The door suddenly plunged open, apparently someone kicked it and the entire door broke away.
