PROVINCE LORD XAVIER

The Province Lord was a middle aged man. But the aura coming out from him was completely different and mightier than the one which the middle aged announcer had.

Both the announcer and Bruce had powerful presence. But the one who had the mightier aura was none other than definitely the Province Lord.

Arjun nodded his head slowly. He could say easily from all his previous lives experience that this Province Lord was nor that simple. His cultivation base itself told Arjun just how strong this person was.

Peak of the Sixth Awakening Stage!

That was the cultivation base of this Province Lord Xavier. He was not that strong compared to the required standards of the God Realm. But he was good enough to form some influence in the world.

Province Lord Xavier wore neatly ironed clothes. His dress was as same as the one wore by the announcer. The only difference was that, he had a Golden Robe. This Golden Robe was the symbol of highest level authority in the city.

This person was Xavier, the Province Lord of the Eagle Province! The first person of the entire province.

There were many people standing behind Xavier. These people were someone who received massive and highest level of respect back in their respective cities. But today they were standing behind Xavier with utmost respect filled within their attitudes. They were none other than the City Lords of all the cities that comes under the Eagle Province's jurisdiction.

The citizens of various cities were in awe looking at this weird scene. Back in their cities, these city lords bore immense pressure with them.

But now they were completely obedient and were humbly standing behind the Province Lord! This change gave them surreal feeing for them. And now they understood that no matter what, there is always an higher peak than the one you are standing in this world.

"Good morning everyone." ,Province Lord Xavier's voice was not loud. But it was clear enough to reach everyone. And this is the feet only possible for the people with higher strength.

"My name is Xavier! I'm the Province Lord of the Eagle Province!" ,Xavier introduced himself out of formality. He continued, "Time flies very quickly. And time doesn't wait for anyone. Whatever you want to achieve, you have to do it right now. You will never have this time ever again in the future."

Xavier continued, "This competition holds significance as the result will bring massive changes in your lives. This is the case for especially the contestants from other cities. With my experience, I could say that, you people have understood that you were just frogs in the well as you thought so highly of yourselves. And this is also the reason why we gave you one month of time duration so that you could digest this truth."

Xavier continued, "I think you have already seen too many geniuses around you. These are the geniuses who had lower rank than yours and yet their potential surpassed yours by a mile. And this truth will have a massive impact on your mental strength."

Xavier continued, "And I know that you people have a lot of pressure on your minds. But I hope that you people will not succumb to this pressure. Instead, I want every one of you to take this pressure as a challenge and overcome it. You people are still Young. You have a lot of potential. So don't waste it just because of some pressure. Because cultivation is not an easy path to take. People should understand it."

Xavier continued, "So instead of taking this pressure to your head, I want every one of you to take this as a challenge and move forward. Try to overcome this pressure. Try to set some new goal and try to achieve it at all cost. Because this pressure is a new challenge for you. And it is also an opportunity for you. And I hope that you people will show some progress in this competition."

"Now let's not waste our time and more to the main topic. That is about the competition." ,Xavier said, "First I would like to tell you what is this competition is all about. I will tell you about the rules of the competition. And before that I will tell you what exactly you should do in this competition."

Xavier continued, "I presume you people are wondering why we had given you the passes right?"

As the Province Lord said this, everyone nodded their heads in agreement. They were wondering why these passes were given to them. Initially they thought that it was like a gate pass. And this is what their city lords told them as well.

But they were not sure. Later they have understood that these passes had different meaning. And they were warned that they had to keep their passes safe as they will lose their qualifications to participate in the competition if they lost the pass.

Initially they all wondered why. But as time passed, they started to prepare for the competition and eventually gave up on wracking their heads in order to predict the reason behind these passes.

But as now the Province Lord said just now, things were not as simple as they thought. They now understood that the passes in their hands will play an important role in the competition.

And sure enough. Xavier's next sentence proved that their conjunction was right.

Xavier continued, "Just as you people have suspected it. It is true. The passes in your hands will play a major role in the competition. In fact, the competition will be all about the passes."

Xavier continued, "Different teams have different coloured passes. Very fee teams have Golden Passes. And the team who are holding the Golden Pass were undoubtedly the champions of your venues. And the people with the Silver passes are little higher than the people with the Golden Passes. The contestants with the second and third place were given the Silver Pass. As for the people who won the places from fourth to tenth back in the preliminaries were given the Bronze pass. As for all the teams who couldn't make it into the top ten were all given the Pink Pass."

Province Lord Xavier continued, "The different colour of the passes will decide your futures in the competition. Remember what I am about to say. Remember it and make your decision. Because just like in the preliminaries, the competition will be held in two formats. That means, you can participate in the competition either though the Lifestyle Masters. Or you could participate in the competition through the Combat Masters. As for how you are going to participate in the competition will be up to you people."
