Arvin Soriano realized what Chiyou is trying to say, he has gain the ability to use the Heavenly Qi because of ritual but how long has it been since he gain this power?

It is not even a day, he don't even know what his new power can do yet he thought of fighting Chiyou who has understood the core of Heavenly Qi and how it works.

The difference between Chiyou and Arvin Soriano is not in terms of power, but in terms of experience.
