My head once again throbbed as I leaned against the back of my chair in Emma and I's home.

Recently, there have been several small and big scale attacks towards all the packs in the world. Of course, I wasn't the one to merely sit back and passively wait for the members of the resistance and the creatures of the dak to come to us and attack. Thus, I called upon the war council to plan counter-attacks and preventive attacks against the enemies.

Therefore, I had been very busy lately and didn't have enough time to spend with Emma. I couldn't help but frown as I remembered being out all night while Emma was in our home, worried for my safety and waiting for me to come home.

If only I could, I would give her a life that was only filled with love and happiness. I wanted to protect her from any negative feelings. However, I was incapable and always making her worry.
