Hey,

Happy New Month—even though I’m eight days late! Life has been happening left, right, and centre, which is why I’m just writing now. The past week has been nothing short of chaotic. First, there was a mini-clash with the core screechers (aka the choir at church), and to make matters worse, Independence Day landed on a Monday. Weird, right? And no, I didn’t wear white and green to church because, seriously, who still does that? Anyway, the only upside was no school, so I stayed home, binged on TV shows, and ate as if I was preparing for hibernation.
