Chapter 56 - Heartbeat

With the first beat of his heart, new energy appeared; it flowed through his veins, his blood, his bones, his muscles, his soul, his whole body.

With every beat of his heart, his body filled with strength; he could feel his body and soul getting stronger.

With every beat of his heart, the energy it produced also increased.

This energy soon flowed inside his soul realms; his original soul realm's grey mist didn't destroy this energy; it fed off it. Grey Mist started increasing.

What was happening amazed Tatsuya; He knit his brows; if possible, he wanted to stop it. He didn't know what would happen if the grey mist went out of control.

But, things were already out of his control. This energy invaded his second soul realm. Bahamut also started absorbing this energy.

Every time Bahamut absorbed some of this energy, this energy also took back something to his heart from Bahamut.

Tatsuya could 'see' it was information. This energy was taking some data back to his heart.

Data from his body, data from his soul realms, data from his brain, It was reading all his being.

Soon, this energy stopped overflowing. It settled in Tatsuya's soul. Circulating in his soul, making it stronger every second.

But, because of the ability, he got from the bloodline, he was able to control this sword. Although not entirely, but he was able to dominate this sword.

When Tatsuya turned back, only Ye Yan was standing there.

He was still shocked by what had happened. He looked at Tatsuya, "You really did it!!"

Tatsuya nodded; he didn't ask where others were. Tatsuya had an idea where they were. Miyuki must have known something from his clone and arranged everything. Ning'Er and Yu Yan must be there.

He took out a gigai from his ring, giving it to Ye Yan, "Get inside this."

Ye Yan widened his eyes, "this is?"

"A temporary body." Tatsuya had thought that he would create a soul puppet for him but, after he saw Bahamut's memories and those technologies, he had a better idea. He needed time for that.

Although he couldn't recreate the complete technology because of the world he was in. He could recreate the surface magitek armor and add soul puppets technology in it.

At this time, Ye Yan, who had gone inside the gigai, started moving.

He looked no different than his soul form; he looked alive.
