Chapter 37 - Moving Forward.

It has been a week since that night. Currently, Miyuki was busy dealing with Aristocratic Families and Matters of Heavenly Fate Plateau.

Yu Yan also saw information about the laws with Miyuki's help.

Tatsuya was busy trying to understand Law Energy. From what he figured out till now, Law Energy was a much purer form of Soul Force.

He figured if he could find a way to increase the density and purity of the soul force, he would get Law Energy. He used Prediction on Energy Gathering Array. With the items he currently had, he was able to increase the energy by twenty times.

He also understood that with the materials he currently had, he wouldn't be able to convert soul energy to law energy. Since the ratio between them might be 100:1, maybe even 1000:1.

Right now, they were pushing for the growth of Glory City. Through Alchemy, Through Inscriptions, Through Exploration in Infinite Forest, or by Expanding Heavenly Fate Plateau.

Heavenly Fate Plateau was the first link connecting Glory City. Its growth would bring a considerable number of contribution points. One thing Miyuki said did touch him. Had he taken Nightmare Demon Pot selling demons spirits with God-Level Growth Rate would bring around 50 Million Contribution Points each.

That meant he would have to make people know the value of a demon spirit or, the contribution points would be the same as selling an Ordinary demon spirit.

It would still be much better than what he had now.

When he was thinking about two people entered his sight, Ziyun, Ning'Er.

"Tatsuya-ge"

"Tatsuya!"

Tatsuya glanced at them, "How did you two suddenly come?"

Ning'Er sat by his side with a small blush on her face, "I wanted to meet you."

Tatsuya patted her head, "Good! We didn't get to spend much time in the past month."

Ziyun sat on the other side, "Tatsuya-ge, what were you thinking about so intently?"

Tatsuya sighed, "I was thinking about leaving Glory City to explore some ruins."

Ning'Er looked at him with a curious gaze, "Which ruin?"

"Did you find some map?" Ziyun thought the chances of that are low.

Tatsuya shook his head, "Just some nameless ruins."

Ning'Er looked at earnestly, "I want to go with you."

"I want to come too," Ziyun added.

Tatsuya nodded, "OK!"

"I can help you. I won't be a burden." Ning'Er said hastily.

Tatsuya smiled, "I did say, you can come."

Ziyun let out a chuckle. She was also expecting him to reject. Therefore she understood Ning'Er's behavior.

Ning'Er blushed, "I...I didn't expect you to agree."

"I know! We will be leaving tomorrow. You two should prepare." Tatsuya said while gently looking at Ning'Er.

Ziyun stood up with a big smile on her face, "Then we will go prepare."

They came back after exploring the infinite forest for three days. Nie Li had disappeared in Black Spring. Du Ze, Lu Piao, and others were practicing. Yang Xin was busy with creating a branch of Alchemy Association and collecting herbs from the infinite forest.

Miyuki was dealing with political aspects of the heavenly fate plateau.

Ning'Er, Ziyun was the only one who was free. Because of the increase in computation powers, he only needed 10% of his resources to search for a large area. He was able to find quite a few ruins. He planned to explore them and gain some contribution points for him and Miyuki.

Heavenly Fate Plateau

Miyuki was currently gazing at Heavenly Fate Plateau. She knew what Tatsuya wanted was progress. They could send thousands of people and place them here but, they won't get contribution points. That won't be progress but a facade.

They had to develop the people of this Plateau. Right now, she was busy doing that. Before, it took time to teach, but she found a way. It was using Gentiana's power, manipulate their dream. She was able to feed them information.

She was able to feed information in their subconscious. It helped them learn much faster, be it cultivation techniques or other things. Many were able to become demon spiritualists.

At this time, she heard a voice behind her back, "What now?"

Shen Xiu was leaning against her wall with her hands folded in front of her.

One week ago, Miyuki appeared and took control of the whole thing. Suddenly, it felt like something changed. People started to become stronger at a noticeable speed.

All of a sudden, the opposition from families died down. Although, on the surface, she was the leader. Real control was now Miyuki.

Miyuki looked at the sky, "Even I don't know. I can't deny that we lack time when we need time."

Shen Xiu frowned, "We have a lot of time."

Miyuki smiled, "No, I can't bear to stop moving even for a second. I have something to do."

Shen Xiu didn't say anything, "What do I do now?"

Miyuki smiled while looking back at her, "Get stronger. I need you to reach Legend Rank."

Looking at her smiling, Shen Xiu turned her face and walked away. She had already become a Black-Gold. When Miyuki first appeared, she wanted to take her to threaten Tatsuya, but her whole body started to pain. Miyuki did something and, that pain stopped. She even gave her a chance to attack her. When she tried to attack Miyuki, Miyuki crushed her.

At that time, she was already Black-Gold. Later, Miyuki asked Tatsuya to create an Array for her. Inside, her cultivation speed increase by ten times. She was sure in a month she could reach Legend Rank.

Miyuki looked at her go and smiled. Once she made this area secure, she planned to release information about the number of top experts in Glory City. According to Tatsuya, they needed the cognition of a settlement. It would be much safer if it is this one. She looked at the lively plateau and smiled, 'Tatsuya-sama, soon.'

Next Morning.

Some distance away from Glory City.

Tatsuya, Ning'Er, Ziyun were walking.

Ning'Er had a bright smile on her cold face. Ziyun looked at her with a sweet smile on her face.

Tatsuya looking at them smiling, "You are too excited, didn't you just explore the infinite forest?"

Ning'Er turned around and started walking backward, "It has been months since we last spent time together."

Ziyun nodded, "Tatsuya-ge had gotten too busy recently."

Tatsuya stopped, "You are right. I have gotten busy recently. At least the next two weeks, we will have a lot of time to spend together."

Ning'Er smiled even more after hearing that, "Yeah!"

"Where are we going?" Ziyun asked. Tatsuya still hadn't told them where they were going.

Tatsuya stopped to think for a second. He saw quite a few Ruins. This time, they were going selected a few that had the most treasures.

"Bahamut." As soon as the words left his mouth, pale blue gathered around his body. When it faded, he was wearing a dragoon armor with fifteen swords floating as a wing on each side and a dragon tail on his back.

Ning'Er, Ziyun both were startled by him suddenly merging with his demon spirits. Before they could say something, Tatsuya started to float in the air. Shortly he reached hundreds of meters high. Suddenly, his size started increasing until his feet touched the ground.

Tatsuya streched his hand in front of them, 'Come'

Ziyun, Ning'Er both heard a voice in their head. Both climbed on his hand.

"Tatsuya, what kind of demon spirit is this?"

Tatsuya put them on his shoulder. He slowly started moving toward the destination, 'An ancient dragon beast spirit, Bahamut.'

His soul force was covering their body, protecting them from the wind.

Ziyun murmured the name under her breath. She touched the shoulder armor, "Name feels truly majestic."

Ning'Er chuckled, "Tatsuya truly has broad shoulders!"

Ziyun giggled.

Hearing them a smile appeared on Tatsuya's face. Yet, his eyes were filled with chaos. He closed his eyes when he opened them again, his face was void of any smile, chaos in his eyes also subsided.

Glory City, City Lord Mansion,

Ye Zong was working on his desk when the door burst open. An old man with long white hair, a long beard, drooping eyebrows came in. Great power radiated from him.

Ye Zong hastily stood up, "Father."

Ye Mo, the Legend Rank Demon Spiritualist. He was the highest power in Glory City. Even though Ye Zong had reached the 3-Star legend, he was still too weak in front of his father.

"Father! How did you come?"

Ye Mo slammed a thin book on the desk, "Where did you get this? Why didn't you write anything in the letter."

Ye Zong coughed, "That... I was worried news might get leaked."

Ye Mo stopped him, "Enough, who gave you this?"

Ye Zong smiled, "Tatsuya found a living injured spiritual god. She gave this to us."

Ye Mo was shocked, he had seen the power of demigods.

Spiritual gods were even above, even if it was an injured spiritual god.

He wasn't sure he could win. He who had a little bit of divine spark of snow wind spiritual god, he knew the power best.

"Where is she?" He wanted to pay his respects and thank the spiritual god that helped him.

Ye Zong coughed, "Tatsuya's Courtyard."

Anger appeared on Ye Mo's face, "You fool, even if we had to clear this whole mansion for her to live, we should. You couldn't give her a courtyard."

Ye Zong turned his face away, "She wanted to stay with them."

Ye Mo became very quiet, "I see, where is Tatsuya?"

Ye Zong looked down, "He disappeared again. He took Ziyun and child of the winged dragon family."

Ye Mo's eyes became serious, "Again?"

Ye Zong sighed and started speaking as if he finally got someone to complain.

Ye Mo rubbed his beard, "So, all this happened. Something happened on that exploration which put him off his game."

"Father, I asked, they just met Dark Guild other than nothing much happened."

Ye Mo, "That kid was calm surrounded by demon beast even when he was barely 5. Since then, he never did anything without a plan. Ask again about everything that happened on that trip. Send someone to check those ruins. Did he say anything?"

Ye Zong thought for a bit and said, "He said he felt if things don't change then Glory City might be destroyed."

Ye Mo narrowed his eyes, "He must have figured something out. He said he felt but that is more like he knows but can't explain. I am going to stay here for a while."

He took out a book, "Here, this is a book I found, find someone to translate it."
