Chapter 143 - *Spoilers*

"I am glad you are from Skyblaze Sect."

The old man, who barely had any life force, moved to gain some distance from the person behind him.

He didn't think someone could sneak up on him and suddenly bring him here.

He turned to look at who was behind him. It was the boy who bought his painting, "It's you!!!"

Tatsuya indifferently gazed at him, "you were keeping an eye on my house."

The old man frowned, "You never left the ....teleportation? You can teleport?"

Tatsuya clapped slowly in response, "Yes."

"We can talk about this" The old man seemed to have calmed down, "I meant no harm." He looked around before asking Tatsuya, "Kid, why did you bring me..." The old man abruptly disappeared and appeared behind Tatsuya, trying to sneak attack. The kid was weird, be it teleportation or the Dao Intent before. He had no plans of arguing with the boy.

As he was punching towards Tatsuya, a small pentagonal grey barrier appeared to defend against his punch. His eyes flashed; it was too small and weak to do anything against his attack.

When his hand touched the small barrier, it passed through as if nothing happened...passed through?

"You are thinking it passed through the barrier? right?" Tatsuya smiled thinking he had become talkative.

"Aghhhh!!!! AHhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!" the old man stumbled back, as he held his arm that had disappeared, "My Arm!! My Arm!!!!!"

"Old man, I had to give away many benefits to Heavenly Note Sect and Skyblaze Sect, just to get the rights on your life." He was already giving too much to Holy Maiden and Holy Son to get their cooperation. He didn't need it, but he needed leverage. Just to get rid of this old man.

The old man used his Heavenly Energy to stop the bleed as he snarled at Tatsuya.

Tatsuya picked the silver trident from astral weapons and pointed towards the old man, "We have a lot to talk about." In the same instance, blood splashed from the old man as holes appeared on his shoulders and thighs.

The old man collapsed on his knees while howling in pain. Tatsuya walked and stood near him, "So, old man...how about you start talking. Who are you?"

An Hour Later,

Tatsuya entered his room,

Inside, Miyuki was sitting on the sofa, eating a chocolate sundae. On her right, Ning'Er was sitting on a single seat sofa, eating from her own cup. While Ziyun was lying on her back with her head on Miyuki's thigh with Miyuki feeding in between of whatever she was saying.

Miyuki noticing Tatsuya looked at him with a smile, "Onii-sama, you are back?"

Tatsuya was a bit surprised, "? does that mean you told them?"

"It is only fair with Ziyun telling everything about her past life."

Ning'Er glanced at him before looking away, "I hoped you would have told us before."

Ziyun looked towards Tatsuya in a daze, and mumbled inside her mouth, "Tatsuya-ge..."

Tatsuya sat down on a single seat sofa in front of Ning'Er's, "do forgive me, Spiritual Gods can read minds, and there were many unknowns. You see, there is a legend among the Spiritual Gods. That space-time spiritual god made few arrangements to save the Human Race. Seeing how Miyuki and I were in a time stasis, there is a high possibility we are the so-called arrangement. If the word got out, there would be many that would try to kill us." Since Nie Li wasn't the arrangement of Space-Time God. He didn't mind using Space-Time God to make their lie more real.

Ning'Er got serious while Ziyun sat up, "don't worry, we won't say a thing."

Miyuki curled her lips and made pulled Ziyun back until her head was in her thighs, "you should stay still!"

Tatsuya curiously looked at her, "what happened?"

Ning'Er opened the refrigerator and brought a chocolate sundae for Tatsuya, "she cried too much, then talked too much. Then she tried to make too many clones."

Ziyun was embarrassed as she tried to hide her face.

Tatsuya looked towards Ziyun and smiled, "Clones? Were you trying to use Shadow Clone? Is it not working?"

"Yes, but sometimes, we separate on the first try, sometimes it takes too many clones and tries to become separated. By that time, we are tired." Ziyun said, "It's not like I am complaining; I already know, Tatsuya-ge tried his best." She waved her hands in front of her.

Tatsuya crossed his legs as he thought about it, "maybe, we can try something else."

"Like what?" Miyuki didn't find a way to separate two personalities from each other. The best they could come up with before was using shadow clones or other clone type jutsu.

Tatsuya waved his hand, causing a ripple in space, "I need some time to experiment. If you don't mind, I will accelerate the time."

Ning'Er and Ziyun were both surprised. "We heard from Miyuki, but you can really speed up time?!" Ning'Er said, amazed. They were taught by people who stood at the top of their sect. The information they had seen was much more than most other disciples of the institute. Only a few people or demon beasts were able to master time-related powers in all history.

Each of them left behind their legend.

Just when Tatsuya was about to get up and move towards his lab, Miyuki stopped him, "Onii-sama, can you do your experiment here?" He barely spent time with Ziyun and Ning'Er today.

Tatsuya glanced at the expecting eyes of Ziyun and Ning'Er and smiled, "Alright."

After Tatsuya sat down and started experimenting with the demon spirits. Three of them looked at him with a curious expression. Miyuki could feel the change in Eidos, so she understood a bit, even came up with a few hypotheses or what Tastuya might be trying. But, Ziyun and Ning'Er had no idea what Tatsuya was doing.

All they saw was that sometimes the demon spirits crumbled, sometimes Tatsuya threw them, sometimes he kept them aside.

"It might take sometime before Onii-sama is over with the job. Do you two want to do something?" Miyuki asked them with a smile.

Ziyun glanced around the roof, "not really, and I don't think Ning'Er has anything else on mind." Both she and Miyuki turned their eyes towards Ning'Er, who was staring at Tatsuya in a happy daze.

Miyuki sighed... she was fighting against all her instincts to freeze Ning'Er or just create a wall between the two. But, knowing they would leave in two days, she let it go.

Ziyun let out a chuckle watching both of them.

"What is it?" Miyuki asked while running her fingers through Ziyun's hair.

Ziyun gazed into Miyuki's eyes, smiling, "reminds me of old times, Tatsuya-ge teched, Ning'Er always stared at him like this in a daze. You had that sharp look in your eyes."

Miyuki sighed as she thought about it, "those were the simple times."

Soon, she turned her eyes to Ziyun again, "what are you going to do about Nie Li? You have been avoiding him long enough."

Ziyun widened her eyes and looked away, "I really don't know..."

"Tell me about it?"

Ziyun seemed a bit uncomfortable, but after some convincing from Miyuki, she started talking, "I remember...last time I saw Tatsuya-ge..." She reminisced as she looked at Tatsuya, who was absorbed in his work. Her eyes were filled with sadness, "like usual, he was going outside to get a few things, few herbs."

"and?" Miyuki said with a frown on her face. Ning'Er ears twitched hearing Ziyun's words.

Ziyun shook her head, "Next thing I knew, we were in the courtyard when you suddenly started panicking. Then you disappeared, that was the last time I saw you...days later, we heard the news of you attacking Dark Guilds hideout and dying in the battle."

After hearing that, a smile appeared on Miyuki's face, "I see!"

Ziyun looked at her, a bit disturbed by her smile, "why are you smiling?"

"Because that would mean I was with Onii-sama!" Miyuki smiled happily.

Ziyun sighed, "sometimes, I don't understand you a bit."

Miyuki shook her head, "anyway, what happened after that?"

Ziyun let out a breath, "I was devastated after hearing about you two. I wanted to take revenge, so I started cultivation! But then a beast tide hit Glory City. Ye Han betrayed the family...Father and Grandfather and everyone else died protecting the civilians. Only a few thousand of us survived; we had to keep moving, from one place to another. I was at the end of the rope."

Ziyun's voice was cracking while she spoke; she was curling up as she held Miyuki's hand.

Ning'Er came and sat down on the floor near Ziyun and started rubbing her waist to calm her.

"I-I...don't...want to lose you...again." Ziyun whimpered, hugging Miyuki.

Miyuki stroked her back, "All alright... it's alright...we are here...we are not going anywhere."

Just when Ziyun was sobbing, Miyuki and Ning'Er were trying to calm down. a shadow appeared, looking over, Tatsuya had come walking near then and squatted near them, "Ziyun."

His calm, indifferent, and powerful voice caught Ziyun's attention. She was trying to wipe her tears before looking over and said with a smile, "I am sorry, I disturbed you in the middle of your experiment."

"Ziyun, there is something I think I should tell you about."

"Yes? Anything?"

Tatsuya gazed into Ziyun's eyes while cupping her cheek, "I would have told you before if I knew you would be this worried about it."

Other than Ziyun and Ning'Er, even Miyuki was confused about what Tatsuya was saying.

"I am Immortal." His word stunned all three of them.

"So, you don't have to worry about me dying. No one can kill me, and as long as I am alive, no one can harm you."
