Chapter 124 - Heaven's Divination.

After a few minutes, "You are still alive." Tatsuya was currently sitting in front of Ying Yueru.

Ying Yueru turned to look at him with a smile, "You know that is not how it works."

Miyuki sitting beside Tatsuya observed her, "Makes me understand Since you already know about his powers. Onii-sama won't tell you about it, since he won't tell you about it, how do you know?"

Ying Yueru looked towards Miyuki before glancing at Tatsuya, who was waiting for her answer as curiosity jumped in their eyes. She said, "It's hard to explain, in simplest terms, for every timeline in which Tatsuya told me about his powers. There exists one in which I already knew about it. Since the one in which we are living is the one I already know about it, there exists another in which Tatsuya told me."

Tatsuya glanced at her, "Can you see more than one timeline?"

"No...only one, the one we are in."

She could see the questioning look on their face; a smile appeared on her face, "I wouldn't know if I hadn't met you. The Fate around you two is ever-changing. Every time I meet you, it's different."

Miyuki's seemed happy, "then, can't the Fate that Onii-sama killed you change as well?"

"...that is the only constant thing in all the Fate I have seen. My Fate comes to an end at his hand."

Tatsuya urged her, "Well, if you are going to die at my hand anyway, teach me Heaven's Divination."

"Onii-sama!!!" Miyuki looked at him with a rebuking gaze.

Ying Yueru didn't seem to mind that, "I won't teach you..."

"I know what you are worried about; that is the reason why we came here..."

Ying Yueru nodded with a smile, "What is it?"

"You know about Ten Beast Spiritual Array, don't you?"

Ying Yueru acknowledged that "Yes, I do."

"That Array was made by mistake. What I was making wasn't that." Ying Yueru looked surprised, "then what were you making?" It was hard to surprise her. But, looking at Tatsuya, she really was surprised. Ten Beast Spiritual Array was an earth-shattering spiritual array. If even rumors about it got out, Generals of Sage Emperor would already be here.

Tatsuya thought about it; he was thinking of an easy way to explain it. He said, "You told me about how Miyuki would passively start receiving a massive amount of information."

Ying Yueru looked towards Miyuki, whose eyes were full of smiles, "I did."

"I was creating what you could call an artificial brain, not with all its functions, just the one that collects and keep information. Primarily, Fate Soul is always connected to a person's soul. Storing every bit of information in them. When we die, our Fate Soul, if saved, can revive us."

He gazed at Ying Yueru, "You said if I sacrifice other abilities of my Elemental sight, I would be able to see the Future. I did the same thing to the Fate Soul, by sacrificing other function, I increased its storing information storing function."

Ying Yueru opened her eyes in surprise; she turned to look at Miyuki, "Is that true?"

Miyuki reassures her with a smile, "Yes..."

Tatsuya was a bit confused, "You don't believe me?"

Ying Yueru denied that "I do...at the same time, you might say anything to learn Heaven's Divination from me. I can trust Miyuki since your safety is her priority."

Miyuki chuckled, "that's true...While what Onii-sama is saying is also true. Currently, I have stopped receiving information from smell or touch. I now have great control over the ability to receive information. Right now, it is on minimum setting. But, it's not like the ability has stopped; extra information is getting stored in my Fate Soul. Ying Yueru was lost in thought as she thought about it. Her life was reaching the end; no matter how much she tried to see the Future, it was blank. She didn't know what kind of decision should she make.

"I will ask you again, teach me Heaven's Divination."

Ying Yueru gazed at Tatsuya before sighing, "Fine...if that is what you wish for..."

"You must have already realized this Heaven's Divination needs a special aptitude. Other than me, the only people I have met with this kind of Aptitude is you." She smiled, "It is a miracle that there are the two of you were born in the same place. And, you two are the only one who had the company of another."

Miyuki held Tatsuya's hand, hearing about that. Tatsuya cross-examined Ying Yueru, "If I didn't know better, I would have thought you were envious."

Ying Yueru glared at him, "then you do not know better."

On the other side,

Nie Li was sitting in his room, frowning as if lost in thought. Lu Piao was lying on his back, "Nie Li..."

"Yeah..." Nie Li said in a daze.

Lu Piao stared at the ceiling, "what do you think about the Sage thing?"

Nie Li glanced at him, "What do you want to ask?"

Lu Piao wasn't sure what he wanted to ask, "Will we be ok?" He had seen Martialsky's power. He wasn't sure they would reach that level of strength, and Sage Emperor was supposed to be far more powerful.

Nie Li looked towards him with a smile, "don't worry...We will defeat the Sage Emperor." Nie Li was confident...he will defeat the Sage Emperor. He was currently more curious about who Tatsuya and Miyuki were. Why were things different from his previous life. Just because they survived, could they really bring such a huge change?

Tatsuya even created something like Ten Beast Spiritual Array. Now he could have 16 Demon Spirits, seven in his original soul realm, 9 in his Fate Soul. But, he would have to understand the Spiritual Array more since he had seven Fate Soul. That would change the whole equation. He didn't even have the seven demon spirits.

His third demon spirit was Bloodwind Saint Jiao-Dragon. It was a dragon bloodline demon spirit that he got from the Nightmare Demon Pot. Ordinary Bloodwing Saint Jiao-dragons have scarlet scales, but this one's turned golden when mutated. Furthermore, it has incredibly sharp spikes all over its body and two impressive points of energy surging within it.

The fourth one wasn't a demon beast, but Spiritual Beast. It hatched from a space-time egg that he got from the treasury of the Snow-Wind Family.

He named it Jindan because it was a small golden chick. It must have very ancient bloodline. When he first watched it, he felt immense bloodlust, to the point Nie Li thought he should destroy it. But it turned out to be a cute little fella.

He looked at Lu Piao, "we should cultivate."

In Gu Family,

Yang Xin and Shen Xiu were sitting with Gu Lan and Gu Bei. Gu Lan was in a wheelchair. Other than those who were there during Martialsky's breakthrough and the First Elder. Only these two knew that she could walk, but she had to keep the act in front of her servants and guards.

Yang Xin sat leaning back with her arms crossed, "So, you called back for the big talks?"

Gu Bei nodded with a serious look, "there seems to be a lot of things that we don't know about."

He knew about Demon God Sects; he had even heard of Ancestral God Land. But he had no idea that there was someone like Sage Emperor or that the world was about to end.

Gu Lan was lost in thought; she thought of her teacher. It made her wonder if he was hiding from Sage Emperor.

Yang Xin curled her lips as she paid attention to Shen Xiu, "Will you be able to go?"

Shen Xiu had her legs crossed with her palms on her knee, "...I will..."

Gu Bei looked at Shen Xiu weirdly before coughing, "Did you...really?"

That question caught Gu Lan's attention. Gu Bei heard from Lu Piao that Shen Xiu and Tatsuya had a one night stand. She heard from Gu Bei, even she was impressed by Shen Xiu. Doing that was no different than picking a fight with Miyuki. From there dealings in these two months, even she had to acknowledge Miyuki's talent, whether it was cultivation or social.

She looked more like a successor of the Noble family than any other successors she had seen. This was also the last thing she expected from Tatsuya.

Shen Xiu looked at Yang Xin's gloating eyes, "I already talked with Miyuki." She sighed when she thought of it. She couldn't even step out of the room just thinking about what Miyuki would do to her. But, Miyuki herself came to her room. That night...

Gu Lan gently coughed, "Anyway, ask someone to catalog most of the Demon Spirits that we have and could get a hold-off. We would need something like that. It would make things easier."

In the Valley,

Tatsuya opened his eyes, "I can see it."

Ying Yueru stood in front of him, "Congratulations."

Tatsuya gazed at her, "It's about time."

Ying Yueru nodded, accepting, "Yes...please take care." She glanced at Miyuki, "You too, make sure to take care of yourself."
