The Insect Sovereign: An Isekai LitRPG Xianxia Story

I'll copy paste a review about this story from another platform to possibly encourage others to give it a try: It is a very different story than I've ever read which is always a good thing, The story's main character must be the most unlucky individual, to say the least without ruining the story. The author's style is brilliant and fast-paced and I particularly enjoyed the cliffhangers at the end of some of the chapters they made me want to read on. The descriptions are excellent and the knowledge is even better The story itself is brilliant without giving too much away it's a plot twist and the mission the MC has to undertake in. a limited time makes it feel desperate. I can't wait to follow and see where this goes especially with the MC, it had me asking questions on how high he really can go in this story The characters are brilliant, but Lei Yan is a brilliant MC and I firmly believe he could carry on his own how he navigated becoming a larvae and the issues he had adapting to changing are fantastic. Overall it's great, a fun read that I binged through all eight available chapters and I can't wait to return and read more when a few more drop I fully recommend this story!!

Writing quality is good, daily chapter. Very generic. Cookiecutter af. Plot progression is very forced(by the “system” of course)[rhymed]. The mc makes nonsense choices as a way for the author to nerf him. Very annoying. dropped chap 26

It is a fun story that takes a little while to get going, but is still enjoyable. The author did a good job with the MC character development of learning that he hast to kill humans and what type of world he is in.
