When I first got paired with Ray I was super excited but when I saw it made him angry. I thought it was best to give him space. I got myself busy and my mind occupied each time we were together so I will not look at him and get him angry.

We eat dinner together the day we arrive but that was the longest dinner I have had all my life. It was like eating at the same table with Danielle and her mother. The only difference was in this case I was not feeling scared just self-conscious. I took my dinner to my room the next day in order not to get in the same awkward position as the previous day. It was when I made this order that I discovered that Ray had paid for my lunch the previous day but I was told it was on the hotel.

Well, maybe he was like Tracy said, cold on the outside but warm inside.

On the third day, I have heard him say wow to my look. I pretended not to hear him but since he said that. I have done nothing more than to think about the moment over and over again, he was looking so handsome. I could not stop stealing a look at him. I was so good at it that I did not get caught.

Don't blame me, he was too handsome to go unnoticed by anyone. I felt like I was in heaven when we walked into the hall for the award night together. I quickly looked for Elizabeth since the event has not yet started and I told her all about Jace.

Elizabeth tease me so much about him. Saying that she has never seen me smile as much as I did when talking about Jace. I tried to defend myself but I only smiled more and blushed too my face red like tomatoes. We were still having a good time when Lisa came to ruin my evening. Anyway, I gave her the peace of my mind. Even if I was not looking I knew the drink pouring on me was never a mistake. Who in this life is unaware of that old trick? Danielle does it all the time when she is trying to get back at someone back in high school.

I was so angry when she almost ruined my dress even if it was not so visible I was very angry especially since I knew Ray was close by and would have noticed. It took my whole will power not to empty my drink on her.

As if what happened earlier was not enough she still followed me to the restroom and kept vomiting nonsense nonstop in my ear. I kept her quiet for a long it but it was clear she will not let me go unless she totally ruined my mood. So I asked her to move in a cold and angry tone. But what she said next was just so surprising.

Why am I acting high and might because I got paired with Ray? I knew she was right that Ray treated me like every other student. He did not even treat me like one but I was not going to let her say that to me and feel like a winner. This was why I told her I will be happy to change sit with her.

I knew very well she can not be shameless enough to take the offer and even if she did I will just mock her about it and still not change sit with her.

After my date with Jace, we have kept communicating. He was so fun to be around. I think I like him but he has said nothing about dating and I am not sure I want a relationship either.

I just got off the phone talking to Jace and telling him how my day went. When my room line rang.

When I picked up the phone I thought it was room service but I froze like status when I heard the unmistakable voice of Ray from the other end.

It me Ray, I was wondering if you would like to go out for a late-night ride he said.

My heart was filled with joy. Ray was talking to me. Sure I replied. Alright see you outside in five minutes he said and hang up.

I meet him outside in five minutes and we went for the ride. It was so cool and fun. we did not say anything to each other. We just kept smiling. Ray drive the car and we did not go along with his bodyguard. After riding for like an hour we stop at a garden. Several people were there eating drinking and basically having fun. We got an empty table at the quit side of the garden which I soon learned was a reserved areal, as only me and he sat there and the music seemed far. We sat down then order some drinks, I was not hungry and neither was he. We were still not talking to each other but I felt very comfortable and there was no awkwardness between us.

Let play a game he said.

I was surprised but I agreed to it without knowing what the game was about or if I knew how to play it.
