I was walking forward while asking the system some questions. 'What were all of the changes made when I chose hell mode?' I asked.

[The changes made when you chose hell mode are:

'Woah that's a lot of changes! Why did I even choose hell mode in the first place!? Alright, calm down... I think I still do have a chance to survive this place if I don't act like a buffoon. System open up the shop let's see what's for sale.' I thought as a new screen appeared before me.

'This is way over my budget.' I thought while closing the screen. I then continued to move forward.

I then encountered a massive mushroom it loomed over me and I took out my nail hoping that the sight of a weapon would scare it off.

But it only angered it instead. The mushroom slammed his head down almost crushing me but I managed to dodge the attack.

Excursion: "We don't need to figh-!"

The mushroom interrupted me by slamming its head at me again. I then decided to fight back I slashed the mushroom dealing little damage.

I saw that it was going to attack again so I moved back.

I then attacked once again I plunged the nail deep inside of the mushroom.

I then tried to pull it out but mushroom stopped me by throwing me off of it.

I then got up quickly I ran to it and surprised it by using Gello I whipped the mushroom sending it skidding across the floor. I then also stepped on a crack releasing a ghost.

The ghost hit the monster and exploded weakening it. I then walked up to it cautiously I pulled out my sword and stabbed the monster in its head.

I opened up my status and put 5 in vitality and the rest in intelligence. My stats now looked like.

[Vitality:(8)]

[Intelligence:(10)]

I felt my body changing in small ways like my body was filled with energy I also felt refreshed physically and mentally. I was sure that this change was caused by vitality since vitality means to be strong and active.

Yet I still do not know the changes that are caused by increasing my intelligence. It doesn't matter though.

'Maybe I should get I book and write about the enemies I encounter and their weaknesses? System are there any basic supplies in the shop?' I asked.

'Open up the shop and buy me a hard cover book with about one hundred pages and a pencil and eraser.' I thought as a new message appeared in front of me.

'Yes, I am sure.' I thought as a book and pencil and eraser appeared before me. I sat down and grabbed the pencil I opened the book and started to write.

I wrote about the monster that I met recently. I recognized it as the Shrumal Ogre a massive mushroom with small arms.

It was tanky and moved slowly I then noticed a weakness after thinking back to my past battle. The Shrumal Ogre pauses after it attacks and after that pause, it can attack again.

I don't know why it would pause but it was an advantage for me so I didn't care. I finished writing and closed the book I then realized that I had nowhere to put it.

I decided to use one of my skills [Silk Creation] I strapped the book onto my back I had to use a lot of webs in order to keep it on my back.

My wrists were sore but I continued to move forward. 'What should I do I should probably get the Mantis claw but after that...Alright, I came up with a plan so after I get the Mantis claw I'll go through the sewers and enter the city it shouldn't be hard if I don't get spotted.' I thought.

'Alright, Mantis claw here I come!' I thought while running forward. While running I looked for any signs of civilization.

But I didn't find any signs I decided to slow down. I walked for hours but I found no signs of the Mantis tribe.

'Alright, this is getting me nowhere maybe I should just go to the City Of Tears without the Mantis Claw.' I thought while walking slowly I then tripped on a rock and fell down a hole.

Excursion: "Ahhhhhh!! Oh my god, am I going to die already!? It hasn't even been a week!"

I screamed while falling down I closed my eyes and then landed on something soft and squishy. I opened my eyes and looked at what I was on it turned out that I was on a mushroom cap.

I then hopped off of the mushroom and looked at it. The mushroom turned out to be a Shrumal Ogre a DEAD one with multiple scars and holes littered on its body. I stood there shocked but quickly snapped out of it.

I looked around and saw poles with masks of many bugs most of them came from Deepnest. I then saw a path I decided to follow out of curiosity but I still prepared my nail in case of any enemies.
