Pretty unlucky if you ask me

Idea = what if there was a main character who was able to create inconveniences with magic?

Explanation = so I was reading stuff like the vampire system and the greats demon system and suddenly came to the thought, what if there was an MC that was in a similar situation Except instead of becoming a new race all together, was capable of manipulating luck to cause inconveniences? Of course it can't be to extreme… at the beginning, since the MC just gained the ability to manipulate luck, his/her abilities need to be sharpened and his/her body needs to be strengthened to hold and endure the stress caused to him/her from basically manipulating fate itself, now, when I say inconveniences, I mean inconveniences to others, wether the mc uses it to make someone's shoe untie or cause them to slip during a science experiment and blow up, it doesn't always have to effect the MC as well

Example = throughout all his life he has been bullied, beaten, and ridiculed because he is different from everybody else (racist kids!) of course it's not because he looks different (… oh) but because he doesn't have a special ability, but after one day when his bullies went to far, he felt something… snap… it wasn't his arm or leg, or even his tolerance towards there stupid kids, but more like something in his soul broken, suddenly, he is able to see a weird aura around his bullies, the one on the left had a small slightly black, but mostly golden aura while the one on the right had the opposite, and the one in the middle, the one who has bullied him ever since his parents died, and a decent sized golden aura with just little specks of black.

Feeling attracted towards the aura, the mc slowly moves his hand to touch it, but when his hand got close, it just went through.

Suddenly the previous bright gold aura that was there quickly changed to a dark black, the bully who just had his aura changed only felt a chilling shivers runs up and down his spine, confused about why he felt so much danger from the little man in front of him, he thinks he has had enough today.

"Let's go" the bully scoffs as he arrogantly walks away, but just after he exits the alleyway, time itself seems to have froze, quickly the bully darted his eyes down and suddenly realizes his shoes came untied and caused him to trip, confused about why he feels his life is about to end, the bully shifts his eyes to the left, just in time to see the semi truck barreling towards him.

Conclusion = uhm… that was my idea and a little bit of an example of how the power could work
