Chapter 10

Seeing a map of the world she lived in for the first time was wonderful. Livana could finally picture the world in which she was living. She could situate her town and tell what was around her in the world. She couldn't take her eyes off of it. There were two continents separated by an ocean, but that she knew already. Nathaniel explained to her that on their continent there were seven territories, so seven packs. Umani was one of the biggest territories. Only five of the territories had a human town. These five territories were Umani, Vyleis, Kalyos, Jykesis and Lypeno, which was the only place that allowed to cross the ocean to reach the other continent because it was the closest. The two other territories were too small to include a human town, Xetiry and Najomia.

"Where have you travelled to?" Livana asked keeping her eyes focused on the map.

"I went to Lypeno, Kalyos and Jykesis. Vyleis is hard to get in and I haven't had the chance to go yet," Nathaniel explained.
