"Since you aren't a part of Ad Astra, forget about receiving any rewards," Alex waved his hand in dismissal as the woman, whose name was Zee, paled at the boy's words.
"That's utterly unreasonable!"
"I do not care," replied Alex in a flat tone. "Your team is not a part of Ad Astra and shall not be on the receiving end for any rewards that were meant for Ad Astra. Arandir can testify about whom the rewards are for."
At the mention of the dokkaebi, Zee shrunk like a wet cat, withdrawing her argument. There were dissatisfied groans, but most people hesitantly accepted Alex's words.
Engaging in conflict would be detrimental, and they could survive without the need for any rewards if it meant a smooth exit from Ad Astra. Zee, noticing the reactions of the others, accepted.
