Chapter 46

They went over to sit with Taaroko, but noticed an angel sitting next to him.

"Hey, Taaroko;" Shaniya greeted with no expression in her voice, "who's this?"

"Eereitha," The angel, supposedly "Eereitha" answered, "who're you?"

"Shaniya;" Shaniya replied, "and he's Zayon." She turned to Zayon and pointed at him with her chin.

"Oh, hi, Shaniya and Zayon." Eereitha's smiled. "I'm one of Taaroko's exes."

"𝘖𝘯𝘦 of Taaroko's exes?" Shaniya started to giggle. "How many exes do you 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 Taaroko?"

"Um... I have four. I think."

"You 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬?" Shaniya's giggle turned into a loud laugh, though no one else laughed with her.

"Yeah."

Zayon sat down on the table and started to eat his food. "It feels good to finally have lips."

Shaniya shook her head. "It feels the same."

Taaroko raised an eyebrow. "How?"

"My angel guide magically gave me lips." Shaniya replied. "He's kind of a rebel, if I do say so myself."

"A rebel?" Zayon's eyes lit up. "Maybe she can tell us how to sin without this burning pain!"

"It's not like you seem like the type to sin." Eereitha commented. "You seem as if you were actually supposed to go to Heaven."

Shaniya snorted. "He lost a fingernail from sinning."

"And a di- penis." Zayon added.

"What?" Taaroko's eyebrows shot up. "That must've hurt like hell."

"It did, it was terrible."

Taaroko laughed. "So... you basically have a vagina now?"

"Um, not really. It's more like nothing. Like just skin."

Shaniya made a disgusted face. "Ew."

"It has it's benefits." Zayon stated. "Anyway, your angel guide might be able to tell us how to sin without so much pain- and without God knowing."

Shaniya shook her head. "I don't know... I don't think he'd be THAT rebellious."

Eereitha shrugged her shoulders. "You never know."

"I do know, he wouldn't be that rebellious."

"Didn't you just say that you didn't know though?" Taaroko asked.

"Don't you not even want to risk going to Hell with this idea?" Shaniya asked. "Why does this concern you?"

"Well, you all are talking loud enough for me to hear, so... might as well jump in the conversation."

Shaniya rolled her eyes. "Whatever."

"After thinking about it, I'm trying not sin at all during my stay here." Zayon stated. "So I don't think I'll be participating in your... plan."

"That's fine, I guess." Shaniya turned to Eereitha. "Do you want to try to cahoot with me? If you do, we might be able to sin without any consequences."

Eereitha nodded. "I need that! I feel like I'll sin a lot in here."

"I feel like that, too." Taaroko said.

Shaniya turned to Taaroko. "I thought that you weren't going to sin at all during your stay here."

"Oh, 𝘐'𝘮 not going to sin; I feel as if Eereitha's going to sin a lot."

"Taaroko, are you sure that you aren't going to sin?" Zayon asked. "It's really easy to slip up sometimes."

"I know, but I'll try my hardest; it's just a week."

"I'm trying not to sin, either." Zayon stated. "It's hard though - I've sinned about three times already, and it hasn't even been like... ten minutes yet."

"You'll be fine. Anyway, Eereitha and I are going to my angel guider." Shaniya informed. "We'll see you guys later."

Shaniya walked up to her angel guide with a big grin. "Hi, Ravon!"

Shaniya's angel guider, supposedly "Ravon," spun himself around to see who had just called him. "Oh, Shaniya. Hello, how are you?"

"Amazing!" Shaniya smiled. "I actually have a request."

"What is it?"

"Would you know how to... sin without any consequences? If so, please tell us."

Ravon's eyes went wide as he raised an eyebrow. "What would you need that for?"

Shaniya rolled her eyes. "What does it sound like? To sin, of course."

"Shaniya... I know I seem like a rebellious angel, but I'm not helping you, no matter what."

"Ugh, please, Ravon? It'll be really hard not to sin!"

Ravon sighed. "It will, but it won't be too bad! Just do some good deeds, and you'll be fine."

"Whatever." Shaniya muttered, about to turn away. Suddenly, she thought of something to say. "Wait!" She whipped her head to face Ravon again. "𝘊𝘢𝘯 we sin without any pain?"

Ravon shut his mouth tight.

"Please, Ravon, tell us!"

"If I tell you, you'll be bugging me even more."

Shaniya gave Ravon a mischievous smile. "I think I know the answer - we 𝘤𝘢𝘯 sin without any pain."

"That might be true, but don't be bugging me or any other angel guider for how to do so! We WON'T give you any answers!" Ravon almost yelled.

Eereitha whispered a quiet message in Shaniya's ear, to which Shaniya evilly smiled. They both walked away from Ravon, leaving him confused and speechless.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰? Ravon wondered.

Shaniya skipped over to an angel guide. "Hi, Amari!"

The angel guide, supposedly "Amari," turned to Shaniya and smiled awkwardly. "Um, hi. Do I know you? How do you know my name?"

"Too much questions!" Shaniya exclaimed.

"I only asked two." Amari pointed out.

Shaniya crossed her arms over her chest. "Whatever. But do you have some time? We have a question for you."

"Answer mine first."

Shaniya pointed to Eereitha. "Um, she knows the answers."

Eereitha cleared her throat. "I know you and your name from a friend of mine, the one who you're supposed to guide."

Amari nodded perfunctory. "Mmm-hmm. What do you want?"

"We'd like to know how to sin without any pain."

"Sin without any pain? Oh, I know how to do that." Amari stated. "You know, you could just ask your angel guider for that."

"Um..." Shaniya put both hands on each of her hips as she shifted her weight to one leg. "Our angel guider never told us that information."

"Well, it doesn't hurt for us angel guiders to tell you." Amari informed.

Eereitha raised both eyebrows. "Really?"

"Yeah, I guess they didn't tell you because... they don't want you to abuse that privilege." Amari said. "I wouldn't abuse the privilege, either, if I were you both. However, I'll tell you, anyway."
