At Meridian University, one of the top schools in H City, Cassey Grayham met her fiance Sam Hillard. At the first sight of him , she immediately fell for him. Sam came from a wealthy family . The two families, Grayham and Hillard families have been friends for generations ,so it was obvious that they would marry each other since she was the only daughter and heir to inherit the family business. 

Sam noticed Cassey has been stealing glances at him so he had the chance to get close to the heiress to have access to the Grayham family's assets.
