Chapter 11: Its Fate

After the meeting, everyone went back to their respective territory, Land Of Dragon was officially recognized as one of the great countries, now, instead of 5 great shinobi countries.

It was now 6 great shinobi countries, Ryugakure village and Konoha alliance is also been approved by the fire daimyo and Tanaka, they have no qualms at each other and even though the fire Daimyo was a coward, he had brains.

Being able to ally with the Ryugakure village means he could get manga easier, in the past he would need to wait for the Dragon Guild Caravan to see the next volume, and The Dragon Guild Caravan only comes every 3 months which is a long time.

From what the fire Daimyo had heard, they were late by atleast 15 volumes, which frustrated him, here he was being excited waiting for the next volume while the others already read it.

Anyways, The Fire Daimyo knows there are more benefits with Konoha allying with Ryu.

Also, the system of Hidden villages has been established, in which Tanaka all provided, from the system ranks, missions, ninjutsu classification and many more.

The other daimyo's immediately agreed with the system Tanaka provided, on the other hand, they were just too lazy to create a new one, and they felt the system was quite logical.

There are 5 acknowledge Shinobi Village which was Iwa, Suna, Kiri, Kumo, and Konoha, as for Ryu, it was not really considered a Shinobi village since it didnt follow the system of Shinobi village, and so, acting as the leader of the meeting, Tanaka termed his village as the City.

It was still called Ryugakure(Hidden Dragon Village) though, at the present, the largest village is the Ryugakure, it was much bigger now, it could be said, it could be said it was a Small Kingdom already.

Anyways, Tanaka also talked about somethings such as the roads in which will make the trucks travel faster in which the Daimyo's accepted without thinking twice.

Well, other than those important stuffs, the others were irrelevant, Tanaka looked at his village and felt satisfied, well, but he found something missing.

There is no security nor police, he only provided home, satisfaction, and entertainment to the villagers but no security, well, it was not actually a problem since his presence alone could make the bad guys shiver on his village.

But would Tanaka let that? of course not, he needed an elite army, police, CIA, FBI, Seal, Special Forces, and other forces.

Now, Tanaka had the Dragon Guild why dont he use them? its because Dragon Guild was built to not work for the Daimyo, and also not for the Village Head, the guild master.

This was one of the systems Tanaka made, there are 2 leaders in the village, which was the Guild Master and the Village Head.

Now, the Village Head works for the Daimyo while the Guild Master is an organization controlled by Tanaka only.

After all, Tanaka could not fill up every important roles by himself, he is not a workaholic, he was only working serious for now since the village was still in development.

Anyway, Tanaka cant use the Guild as the village forces, he needs to find and cultivate the forces of the village, well, even though, it was said that the Guild was Tanaka's own organization.

Once the village is attacked or in some kind of siege, the Guild is obliged to send adventurers to defend the village.

Tanaka returned back to his Castle and started working on his plans, first was the Police Academy.

There, they will learn about laws, and other police stuffs, once they graduate, they could choose to continue to the army, stay as a police, learn another 2 years to become an FBI, or other forces, you got the gist of it.

Tanaka just copied all the things he knew about the army on his past life.

Next was their training, their training will be 10x harsher in the Police Academy, when they graduate and choose to continue to Army or other elite forces, their training will be 50% harsher.

Then at the last is the secret forces, which will have their training 150% harsher and there will be a chance of death.

Tanaka wanted to ensure the quality of the forces of the village, even if the number is few, atleast they would have the power level of a peak Jounin or for the secret forces, a Kage level.

Next was the rankings, who cares about that? Tanaka just copied everything from the library then slapped it on the paper.

Next is their pay, Ryugakure is not lacking money now, they have f*ck tons of it, even Tanaka's pocket was full of it, anyway, that is the end of bragging.

Tanaka wanted their pay to be high, and so not to cause dissatisfaction, in his past life, there are tons of corrupted police, and one of the reasons was the low pay.

Tanaka absolutely dont want that, anyways, their pay will increase as their ranks increase, they could also have an extra reward from finishing a mission.

After putting all the plans together, Tanaka handed it on his assistant, Erina Yuki from the Yuki clan, she was a beautiful girl with black short hair, she looked like a sexy secretary from the movies.

Tanaka chose her as a secretary since he liked to tease her, anyway, just as he finished working, he sensed 2 familiar chakras on the village.

He was so focused on his work that he didnt notice it, he immediately left the Castle and went towards his visitors.

"Yo, you two? four?" Tanaka was surprised to see Hashirama and Madara walking side by side with two beautiful girls.

"Oh, Tanaka, how are you?" Hashirama said to Tanaka.

"Tanaka-sama, its good to see you are doing well" Mito bowed to him.

Madara didnt say anything and just looked away, seemingly hiding something from him.

"Nice to meet you Ryuo-sama, I'm Misa Uchiha, Madara's girlfriend" Misa introduced herself, she had long black messy hair like Madara, she was also beautiful.

Tanaka was stunned and he stepped back two times, it was like he had heard the most unbelievable thing in the world, he kept turning to Madara and then to Misa, "G-gilfriend? whose? Madala? leally?" Tanaka was so surprise that he cant pronounce R properly.

Misa chuckled and replied "Yes"

"Whoa! since when!?" Tanaka asked excitedly.

"Just today" Misa replied.

"Today? today is february 14, is this fate?" Tanaka exclaimed, he then turned to Madara and smiled mischievously, he then looked at Mito and Hashirama with the same question.

"Yes" Both of them happily answered.

Tanaka smiled widely as he stares at both of them.

Madara suddenly felt a bad feeling about thay smile and immediately tried to catch Tanaka but he ran away very fast.

"Guh, here he goes again, this is why I didnt want him to know" Madara slapped his forehead.

"Haha! Man up Madara, what can Tanaka possibly do?" Hashirama laughed just as he finished his words, a loud bell resounded all over the Ryugakure village.

Hashirama and Madara were stunned, they then heard a loud voice that was heard by everyone in the village.

"Citizens of Ryugakure! I, Tanaka Ryuuji want to announce something to be celebrated! my friends Madara and Hashirama just got their partners today! which is a very happy occasion! and so I now proclaim! this day, February 14 will be a holiday called Valentines Day! the day of hearts! its time to show spend your time with your love ones! let us celebrate it today!" Tanaka loudly announced, he really didnt like valentines day but since his two friends had their partners in this faithful day, he wont be too stingy.

The citizens of Ryugakure village cheered and celebrated the day with their love ones, some stopped their work and immediately went home to have fun bonding with their partners in bed or stroll around.

Madara and Hashirama became even more dumbfounded by how fast the villagers change from working very hard to suddenly going home and spending time with their family.

It just happened too fast, it was like the villagers were already used to it and could do it anytime.

Mito chuckled and then explained, "Tanaka-sama is always whimsical that it was a common occurrence here, he will force us to join him on celebration or make us celebrate it ourselves, we already got used to it"

"Must be a pain" Madara commented.

"No, not really, Tanaka-sama is loved here by everybody, he may act like a child many times but his very being here is what make us work harder, he gave us place when we have nothing to go, he saved us when we were in danger, he was always there whenever we need him, even if we could not stand anymore and tired, he will give us a gentle push that gives us the strength to strive, so even if he do things randomly, everyone here will not think that its a pain but something we will happily do so" Mito said with a smile.

Madara looked at her and then turned to the Castle, where Tanaka was standing, he remembered the days when he first met Tanaka, at first he was very polite and reserved but aas the days come by, the more mischievous he got, but strangely, Madara did not hate him for it, instead he enjoyed those days, he could not also help but smile.

(Madara isa a free guy now, he did not lose his brother, and the pressure on him lessened, its a big difference from og madara to my ff madara)
