THE NEW GUARDIANS OF THE JUNGLE PLANET

Once reunited once again. Sapphire told Zircon their idea on what to do with the poachers, then she took out her wand and started transporting them to the Diamond Castle's dungeon in a flash. Once they were transported to their jail cells, Paloma and Azalea just stared at her and her wand with eyes and mouths wide open in surprised.

Sapphire knew what was wrong. "Oh, did I forget to mention to you that I used to be a Lady Royal for the princess?" she smiled awkwardly.

"No. I believe you forgot to mention that little detail to us, especially about you working for the princess!" Paloma exclaimed, surprised.

"It's okay Lo, she didn't mention to us about working for the princess either" Zircon said. "I mean we knew she was a Lady Royal just not for the princess. Which reminds me, she still hasn't told us about that interesting detail in her tale."

Sapphire was silently awkward for a moment, then she said. "Oh, right... I forgot to tell you about that..."

"Well?"

"Can we talk about it another time" Sapphire begged. "It's regarded in a personal part of the story in which you know about."

Zircon, Red and Terra knew what she meant and they understand. They didn't want to reveal her dark secret in front of Paloma and Azalea, at least not yet.

"Alright Sapphire" said Zircon, sighing. "You can tell us another time. Right now I have to return the Malawild to the Tree Shrine. I'm sorry Terra, but I've made up my mind, I can't let you take the shortcut by using my planet's precious gem core. I'd rather take the long slow and steady way than the fast and the reckless way. You're still welcome to train in my planet and I will help you every step of the way."

Terra just shrugged her shoulders in a calm understanding way. "I understand" she said, "I won't lie, holding the Malawild really helped, it boost my confidence and I wish I could hold it one more time, but of course your homeworld and your animals are more important and they come first. All I really needed was your support and it helped more than the gem."

"That was a beautiful speech Terra" said Red. "But what about Paloma's mission to catalog, document study the gem in her writings for making the galaxy a better place or whatever, what about her?"

Paloma just smiled and said. "Turns out its not worth the trouble. I may not have studied its extraordinary powers but at least we found something much better in this expedition, new friends. And we will stay true to our words, we will not tell anybody of your Secret Planet's location and we will leave and never set foot here on your world ever again."

Hearing that noble gesture Zircon started to have second thoughts. She finally had the courage and words to admit. "Actually, I've been thinking, after everything we've been through I've decided I could use some help to look after my animals. I'll be gone for a while helping Terra to find her memories and I need someone to take care of my planet and animals, and its environment. Do you think you could do that for them?"

Paloma and Azalea smiled with excitement.

"Well I am an expert in ecology and zoology" Paloma said. "I can take care of your animals, provide them special aid if they ever get sick, and while I'm at it you wouldn't mind if I study your world's natural resources would you?"

"Well I suppose it would be okay, if you don't do any cruel experiments on my planet and my animals" Zircon said dead serious, with threatening eyes.

Paloma was scared of her eyes. She gulped a lump in her throat and said with a scared tone. "You have my word, I promise I won't do any harm in your world, because I would never."

"Don't worry" Azalea assured Zircon. "I'm an expert in her scientific botany or as I simply like to call it plants. I care for nature's environment as much as you do Zircon, including your animals, so don't worry we won't let any harm come to them. We promise to protect your world and take full responsibility of it."

"From one nature lover to another, I trust you to care for my planet" Zircon said humbly.

And so it was settled. After returning the Malawild to its rightful place, and the Ferociraps have finally cooled down after that misunderstanding incident, they have returned to their post guarding the Malawild.

Zircon announced to all the animals in the Jungle Planet, to declare Paloma and Azalea the new caretakers, guardians of the Jungle Planet, from then on they will stay to protect and help the creatures of her world. They moved back in there nice cozy cottage and immediately settled in again, drinking and eating their special tea and crumpets with the animals.

Meanwhile, Zircon, Sapphire, Terra, and Red went back home to the Crystal City in their apartment, settling in and celebrating their triumphant adventure.

"Victory ice tea anyone?" Zircon served them her special ice tea to celebrate, she had been making them for their victorious adventure. Now she doesn't have to worry about her animals anymore because they're in good hands with her new nature caring friends.

This was another great adventure, Terra thought. I can't wait to see what's next? And all the new alien friends I'll make.

She has a feeling this will be a long adventure to search for her lost memories. But at least she won't have to do it alone.
