Troublesome Princess

On the other day, In the front of the Adventurers Guild the participant line up are posted, strange there's only a few of them who participates, while i was looking at the line up i heard nearby adventurers are talking about powerful adventurers, some royal knights and hunters from north join in the tournament that make many participants drop out, hearing that makes my burning determination on the other day drops out, Even if i lose here, there's always be another way right? the first battle match was going to start tomorrow so, for today i plan on what to gear up for tomorrow, i need some defense and armor, to lessen damage... I can create fit clothes for tomorrow but that was just ordinary clothes that was totally not fitted for combat situations, i was planning to look for clothes with magic resist with high armor stats as much as possible, i considering to use weapon like tanto, though i don't plan on buying something like that, i'll just create some even though it's only regular but i can transmit my magic on it to strengthen it's blade even if i look for tanto i doubt i wouldn't be able to find one, when i look around yesterday i just usually found western style swords and daggers, i prefer to have japanese style, western daggers has a blade in same sides but japanese ones has only one, just by flipping it in to the other side can lessen the damage i can give to my opponent, i want to refrain myself from hurting others, i'm not so violent person and i don't like killing for not reason.

I look at my name in the line up and i saw mine matching with other named 'Raphie Von Beauchamp' looks like a noble... Maybe a knight? I don't plan on knowing who he/she is, if i be able to know, that was mostly a personal background and status i rather wanna know what is he/she 's weaknesses,

I started to stroll in the capital, but... Wait where do i buy armor anyway? Yesterday we mostly buy regular clothes and search for some weapon, is a weapon shop selling some armors? But i didn't see any armor yesterday, i should just bought leo with me, while i was walking thinking where to go, some guards was chasing a person wearing a white robe his/her face was hidden by hood as the guards chase that person, soon after seconds he/she got corner as the guards step forward she move backwards, i find it so troublesome just by watching at them

"Ugh..."

I run stealthy, and throw a smoke bomb that i created using magic and grab the person, no matter how i see it, it looks like i kidnapping this person they might have a wrong impression but this person looks trouble, I'm idiot grabbing a person because i want to help, whoever saw us will totally say that i'm a kidnapper, why did i even help her?

"I was running away from my guards... That save me a lot, thanks"

Did i hear her wrong?

I stop for i moment that i hear

"Guards?"

"Yes.."

"Ugh..I'm really an idiot,"

"Hehe.. I was planning on strolling in the capital but my father won't let me.. So i escape"

She removes her white hood, and a beautiful blonde hair revealed, she smiled at me that almost like she wanna laugh, she totally is..after all she notice that i misinterpret on what's happening,

"Ugh.."

A Hard expression can be seen in my face, she smiled as she stared at me and makes a small laugh. In a boy's perspective she was totally cute.

"I'm Ange, It's nice meeting you.. Tell me your name"

Since she tell her name to me, i have no reason to refuse

"I'm Gabriel, just by guessing in your appearance are you perhaps a noble?"

"Yes" As soon she answered my question, she stared at me hard, her face is so close, it was my first time that i got embarrassed like this,i hope it doesn't get visible in my face

"Hey... Can i see your face?" I remove my black hood revealing my raven-hair i'm sure she will freak out when she see me, that is why i decided to show my face, once i reveal my face she made a surprise expression, yeah she will freak out for sure! and that's what i thought, her facial expressions brighten up...

"Ara..! What a omnipotent person!!"

"Ugh.." she the touching my hair...she's so closeeee...

"My, My, you have a beautiful rare hair?"

"Ugh..." What a bold person, ahhh.. I forgot i need to look for things now

"Well i'll be going now, take care of yourself now" i put my hood and left... Though she grab my hand and smiled... Don't tell me...

"I'll tag along with you" she totally became attached to me, what a troublesome person

"Tag along you say... Ugh.."

"Your going to stroll too right? Then i can be your tour guide"

Ahh She's an esper..

I don't need tour guide...

"You.. Did you just think that you don't need tour guide?!"

She's totally an esper, is esper possible in different world where magic exist?!

"Come on!" now she's pouting... and dragging me along with her

"Ughhhh... Fine you can come along, but just behave..!" i pull down her hood and her smiled was still visible as her face was hidden under the hood, i feel like the biggest responsible was fallen under my shoulders making me difficult to stand up, then we begun to walk, she's still sticking in my arms but i pay no attention on it and just look for my first priority the armor

"Say What are you looking at?"

"I was look for armor store, since your tagging along prove your worth as a tour guild.."

"Well then, let's go!!" she pulled me and we ran.. We arrive in the west district of the capital, there are many sellers here, we arrive in a armor store and we enter, there are various of armors can be seen but once i saw it was heavy looking things i don't think that i can wear such a heavy armor, the real question is will i be able to move when i wear one? But one armor caught my attention it was more like clothes for ninja, it doesn't look like a armor at all, when i open it's status, it has a fair armor stats and magic resistance it looks like it's easy to move,it was sleeveless half clothes when you wear it does reveal your belly part but i plan on wearing the robe on the day of competition, it has a pair short shirt and boots with same stats.

"Mr. I want this pls.."

"What? You already choose that... I was expecting to recommend many things to you"

"Well it doesn't matter, that probably expensive knowing that your noble.."

"Why do you need armor anyway?"

"I was going to participate for tomorrow's tournament"

"I see... Then i guess i'll cheer for you!" She smiled

"..." but ignore her the mr.shopowner then prepare the armor or more like cloth armor and i immediately paid for it, finishing annoying business is my motto.. Today was a hassle day, once we left the store a bunch of soldiers surrounded the two of us, it was her body guard they pointed they're spear on me, well i can't blame her i totally look like i kidnapped her

"What's are you doing pointing your weapons on my friend?!" Ange who was clinging on me a while ago step forward, We cause a commotion... your friend? I don't remember being your friend.. I thought your my tour guide?!

"Princess..." then they put down their weap---

What is my ear deceiving me?

I Tap her shoulder and said "Is she just said princess? "

"Yes didn't i tell you?"

What the heck?!

"Hell!! No!! You said your a noble, but being noble is far from being royalty y'know!"

"Eh? Is that so.. Then my bad.. Tehehe.."

"Ugh..My head hurts...Your a naughty princess y'know?"

"Is that so, Then that doesn't mean your gonna stop being friends with me, right?" she let out a happy smile but yet no matter how i look at it she's still sad inside

"Yeah, even though your a princess that far away from my status, that doesn't mean we can stop right?"

"I see, I'm glad" she then smile again that she seems relieved and i just smiled back

"Thank you.." she then hold my two hands with hers, the suddenly kiss me in my cheek

And she smiled again... She likes smiling a lot, but that would make me remember her, she waved as she leave with her bodyguards

"Bye... Gabriel!!"
