He shouted as body trembled in anxiety, while Sandra frowned from hearing Rias words. Even though what she slightly hated her own boyfriend, she liked the hospitable and warm parents that Issei have to the point that the only reason why she stayed by his side was because of his parents. 

As a succubus who was born without knowing who were her parents, the love and care that Mrs. and Mr. Hyoudo has showed her was foreign and warm, addicting to the point that she chose to stay in his house despite recieving a large mansion from Lucias to live at while she stays in the mortal realm.

Sandra said as she patted her shoulder causing Issei to look at her with a desperate expression on his face as she opened a portal connecting to Kuoh.

"... Breath, Issei... It is still not yet confirmed if they're... dead or not, maybe their in the evacuation area. Waiting for us to come back"

Sandra comforted as she gently held his hand, intertwining her fingers with his to try and calm him down.

"Calm down, ok?"

Sandra said as he watched Issei breathe in a deep breath, trying to calm his emotions down while feeling his hands go numb and cold due to the extreme anxiety that he felt.

"Good..."

Sandra said as she gave him a short kiss on his cheeks, but Issei didn't respond unlike before as nervousness devoured his entire body.

"... T-That's right, they're safe"

Issei said as they walked inside the portal together with Rias who has a hesitant expression on her face.

"W-What..."

Issei muttered in shock at the sight in front of him. 

The houses were broken to pieces leaving nothing but scrap debri, metal, and wood scattered across the streets.

Traces of blood and human body parts were on the grounds, with no signs of life visible in their sight.

"Sandra?"

A succubus together with a platoon of soldiers, wearing a white uniform with the insignia of the Forsaken Faction knitted on its shoulder, called out, causing Sandra to look at her with a serious expression on her face.

"What's the situation?"

Sandra asked, causing the succubus to shake her head with a grave expression on her face.

"... The entire town was devastated by a Tier IV gastrea... Only a handful of survivors were left and they were all given shelter in Lucias-sama's mansion in Kuoh, the only safe place in this entire town"

She reported, causing Sandra to glance at Issei with hesitation before pulling her to the side, far from Issei to avoid him from hearing their conversation.

"Do you have the names of the survivors?"

"I don't have the list, but I remember the name of every survivor"

"... Is there anyone in the survivors with the surname of Hyoudo?"

She asked causing the succubus to place her hand on her own mouth as she tried to remember any survivor on the list with that name.

"... There was none"

"What?"

"There were no survivors with that surname..."

She said causing Sandra to frown as she clenched her fist in frustration, but immediately calmed down by breathing in a deep breath.

"... I see, thank you"

"No problem, we need go back to our station so we'll see you around the faction, Sandra"

The succubus said as she saluted to Sandra before leaving the 3 of them alone. 

Issei only stared at the scene in shock and devastation as he hurriedly stood up from the ground, running towards their house in desperation.

"Issei!!!"

Sandra and Rias shouted as they ran towards Issei, but he didn't listen as he continued running with tears starting to fall down his cheeks.

"... No..."

He muttered as he arrived at his home. His breathing starting to speed up as cold sweat started coming out of his entire body, both from devastation.

The warm house that he once had was now nothing but a pile of debri, the furnitures ruined and scattered across the place with small traces of blood visible on the ground.

"No no no no no"

Issei repeated as he ran towards the ruined house. 

"M-Mom!! D-Dad!! Where are you!?!?"

Issei shouted as he started to rummage through the piles of debris and furniture in front of him with a desperate expression on his face. 

"Issei..."

Rias muttered as she and Sandra arrived in front of the ruined house, causing Rias to grip her chest from seeing the desperation that Issei has while searching for his parents through the piles of debris.

"No... No... t-this can't be real..."

Issei muttered as he fell down on his butt from what he found.

"No no no no no... t-this is just a dream..."

Issei said as he slowly crawled towards the severe limb of a woman in front of him.

"Mom..."

He muttered as he imbedded his nails on the ground, causing his fingers to bleed but due to the devastation and numbness that he felt, he couldn't feel any sense of pain as the though of his parents drowned his mind.

"Issei..."

Sandra called out as she hurriedly hugged Issei in her embrace to calm her down, causing her to feel the extreme coldness of his body and uncontrolled trembling.

"S-Sandra, t-they-"

"Shh, I know, Issei... I know..."
