Chapter 16: Grayfia's confession (2)

"Lucias?"

Yoshino called as she, along with the remaining units that they bought. Flew back to the headquarters in the same aircraft before. Looking at Lucias with a hint of confusion on her face.

"Yoshino? Why are you here?"

Lucias asked as he turned his head around. Making Yoshino catch a glimpse of the small shot glass in his hand with a bottle of strong liquor placed beside him.

"Why are you drinking?"

She asked as she walked closer to Lucias and took the glass from his hand with a frown on her face. Fully knowing at Lucias isn't the type to often drink alcohol, he only did in special occasion like yesterday, but he was never the type to drink alone.

"I just felt like it"

He said. Making Yoshino sigh before taking an empty seat and sitting down opposite his location. 

"Hmm... Something bothering you?"

"... I really can't hide anything from you girls can I?"

"You have a bad habit of doing something you normally wouldn't do when your stressed or when something's bothering you"

She said before standing up from her seat and walking towards Lucias. Pushing his hands away from his lap before she sat down, causing her floral scent to enter Lucias' nose.

"You've grown a lot, Yoshino..."

He said as he placed his chin on top of her head. Wrapping his arms around her petite body.

"5 years ago... you were still quite timid and shy"

"If you placed someone inside of an battlefield for 5 years. I doubt that they'll remain the same... at least... I have gathered more courage to talk to people with Yoshinon... especially you"

She said, causing Lucias to chuckle as he burried his face on her neck. Making her jolt in surprise as the smell of alcohol entered her nose.

"How many did you drink?"

"Just 10 bottles"

He said, causing Yoshino to frown before she switched her position and faced Lucias. With his thighs in between her legs. 

"I don't get affected by alcohol anyway. It's similar to how bitter water taste for me"

He said before Yoshino suddenly placed both of her hands on his cheeks before looking at him with a serious expression on her face.

"So what's bothering you?"

She asked, causing Lucias to smile before he suddenly gave her a short kiss on her lips. 

"Nothing"

"Is it because of Grayfia's confession?"

She asked, causing Lucias to look at her in surprise.

"You knew?"

"I could guess... Grayfia-san loved you for a long time. Of course many of us noticed... including Iris"

She said as Lucias buried his face on her neck. Making her body slightly sluggish as she felt her warm breath against her skin.

"Do you like her?"

"... I do..."

"Then, why not give it a try? If it doesn't work out, then that's when you can reject her"

She advised. Looking directly at his golden eyes with her own.

"I can't be selfish and bring back home another woman"

"Why not?"

Yoshino asked while looking at him in confusion.

"We also selfishly added more than 20 girls in your harem without your consent. It's alright to be selfish Lucias, it's your harem. We trust your judgement in women, Lucias... most of the time. As long as you love her, we'll accept her with open arms... As long as we judge that she will bring no harm to you or the faction. We'll gladly accept her no matter what or who she is"

She said before she leaned her body closer to Lucias. Placing her hands on top of his chest.

"Of course, as Asia said to us. If ever you ask something like this to us. We'll tell you that you're allowed to bring back at maximum 10 more girls and that's it. It would be hard to manage everyone since Asia is the only one in charge of the entirety of the harem"

She said, causing Lucias to look at her with a grateful expression on his face before he suddenly pressed his face on her chest.

"I'm a very lucky man to have you all by my side"

"We're lucky as well to meet you, Lucias"

Yoshino exclaimed with a sweet smile on her face before suddenly getting kissed by Lucias on her lips.

"Really... Thank you for giving me another reason to live and fight... Not only in the past, but also now during the war... If it weren't for our children... I might've given up after I saw how much all of us suffered during this war... I'll definitely give you all a quiet and peaceful world to live in. Somewhere where our children can be safe at all times... I made them experience 5 years of their life in an ongoing war... I'll make it up to them for the rest"

He said in a firm and resolute tone, causing a warm atmosphere to spread throughout the room.

"Enough drinking for tonight, alright? I wouldn't want you to reek of alcohol while we're in bed..."

She said. Making Lucias laugh as Yoshino suddenly felt a budge between his legs rub against her crotch, causing her to blush in response.

"I noticed but... why are all of you so aggressive when it comes to that?"

"It's your fault for having a title and skills that increases our sensitivity during s-sex... D-Don't make me remember that, you lolicon!"

"..."

"... She's partially not wrong, Lucias"

"What's up with you girls ganging up on me everyday?"

"Is everything ready?"

He asked while looking around the large pile of Archduke demons respectfully kneeling in front of him. 

"Everything has been prepared, Velos-sama... We only need to wait until Lucias and those women to leave the headquarters. It is bad to attack now since it was reported that Lucias is on his way back to the headquarters"

The demon reported. Making Velos nod his head with an disinterested expression on his face. 

"How many children does he have?"

"... That... we don't know the details... but we found a path to access the 100th floor of their headquarters where the children are located"

He reported before showing an ecstatic expression on his face.

"We can finally get hold a person that has Lucias' powers!!! Think of how much we can grow stronger once we consume them!!"

He said, causing the rest of the demons to smile in excitement. All fantasizing about the skills and abilities that they can obtain from eating his children piece by piece. But immediately felt irritated as they know that the imperial and royal family will have the first piece while the left overs are given to them.

"All of you shut up"

Velos said as his killing intent and bloodlust pressed down against the hundreds of demons in the room. Making all of them kneel on the ground due to the immense pressure pressed against their body.

"Touch any of them, then I'll kill you myself. They are not are target, but only tools to lure Lucias Frey. If any of you harm them anyway. You'll pay with your life"

He said, since he doesn't want to fight Lucias in a craze state due to the deaths of his children. That would only give him a disgusting after taste once the fight is over.

"Unlike the True Goddess of yours, I'm not fond of dragging childrens in this. So, they will be under my protection for the entire time that they are imprisoned in your dimension"

He said, causing many of the demons inside the room to click their tongues in dissatisfaction. Making Velos frown as he took out a handgun out of nowhere and directly shot those who clicked their tongue. Killing them on the spot while the rest watched them die in fear.

"I'll say this again, touch them, you die. I'll have 5 of my disciples guard them from you demons"

He said. Looking down at the demons like they were insects.

"... Lucias Frey... Let's settle this in a battle... To avenge my fallen master that died from your wife's hand"

He said. As his grip on the armrest of his throne got tighter. Crushing a large portion of it with his barehands, causing all of the demons to tremble as they felt his anger.

"But... Xaosis is really stupid if she taught that something like this will make that man surrender. It looks like all of the sex that she's been doing with Enir and those devils have drained all of her intelligence"

He said before leaning his back to the chair.

"But it doesn't matter, since this can push that man to grow stronger and face us directly in the future... I've been growing bored waiting here for years"

-with Lucias-

"Lucias... I'm coming in..."

Grayfia said as she slowly opened the door of his quarters with a hesitant and nervous expression on her face. Looking around the room before her eyes landed on Lucias who was sitting down on the bed.

"You're here..."

Lucias said causing Grayfia to grow stiff, slowly making her way in front of Lucias with her hands placed in front of her.

"Grayfia... about your confession before..."

He said, causing fear, expectations, and anxiety to strike her entire body. Making her body called as sweat drenched her hands. 

This was the only chance that she has to convince Lucias in accepting her. So she was naturally afraid of being rejected by Lucias. Especially since this could affect their relationship in the future.

"I..."

He said as tears formed at the corner of her eyes. Clenching her fist as she prepared herself, expecting for him to reject her.

"Lean closer to me for a minute"

He said causing Grayfia to immediately lean forward in a stiff manner due to her nervousness. 

Lucias then suddenly pulled her towards him before he pinned her body down on the bed. Catching Grayfia by surprise as Lucias suddenly kissed her on her lips. 

"... L-Lucias?"

She called causing Lucias to smile with their faces inches away from each other. Making him clearly see the tears that were forming at the corner of her eyes.

"I like you too, Grayfia... That's why, don't regret this in the future"

He said, causing Grayfia to widen her eyes in surprise. Staring at Lucias in disbelief as tears started to ran down from her eyes. 

"I won't... I love you, Lucias"

She said as the sense of relief, joy, and excitement devoured her entire body. Making her wrap her arms around Lucias' neck before giving her a deep kiss. Intertwining her tongue with Lucias.

"Sirzechs will hate me for this"

He said causing Grayfia to scoff as she pulled Lucias closer to her. 

"Forget about him, let's... continue"

She said as she climbed her feet on the bed and wrapped it around his waist, causing Lucias to pinch her cheeks in response.

"We just started our relationship and you already want to go at that step?"

"... Do you hate it?"

"No, but... let's not for today. Let's just go to sleep"

He said as he gave her a short peck on her cheeks before he laid down on the bed beside her. Ignoring the 4 figures that was climbing and crawling on the bed beneath the bed sheets.

"... What are those?"

Grayfia asked as she noticed the 4 figures, causing Lucias to remove the bedsheets on the 4 figures on the bed. Revealing Anastasia, Yoshino, Irina, and Xenovia, who were all on their limbs like they were trying to climb the bed without any of them noticing.

"Y-You 4... H-How long have you been there?"

She asked while pointing her index finger at the 4 girls. 

"We were here from the start... but I didn't expect for you to be such a romantic person, Grayfia-san"

Irina said with a teasing smile on her face. Making Grayfia blush as she remembered the steamy atmosphere that she and Lucias had a while ago.

"Y-Y-You-"

"Well, that aside... I want to ask you a question, Lucias"

Xenovia said, making Lucias look at her with a curious expression on his face.

"When are you planning to have Iris join your harem?"

"What?"

"Oh, I have a question too... Are you going to cockold Sirzechs with his mother, ex-wives, and sister? That would be fun to watch"

Anastasia asked with a mischievous expression on her face, causing Lucias to look at them with a complicated expression on his face.

"What the hell is going on inside your heads?"
