"You wanted Mimi-san to give you chocolates, huh…"

Sanaka turned her gaze away from Kiba with a distant look in her eyes.

"Was it something so bad to wish for? And by the look of your face, it seems that you don't know if she planned to give me chocolates…"

Kiba then let out a deep sigh as he closed his eyes.

"Well… I'm really not sure… Anyway, we're kind of in the similar boat. I haven't been able to give my chocolates to Byoudou-san."

Sanaka forced a smile as she showed Kiba the star-shaped chocolate inside the clear plastic.

"Wow… Is that handmade?"

"Yup."

Sanaka beamed at Kiba.

"Hmm… I know I'm probably not in the position to say this… but why is it star-shaped? Couldn't you have made it into a heart?"

"A h-heart?! W-what are you t-talking about?! Do you have no idea what kind of m-message that would send to Byoudou-san?!"

Sanaka shakingly pointed her finger at Kiba.

"It's definitely a Honmei chocolate, so it should be a heart—"
