Chapter 209: Confused State

Kiba and Mimi stared at each other for a while, with their faces fully flushed. It was Mimi who broke off her gaze and then loudly cleared her throat.

"Well, let's start now, shall we?"

Mimi then headed to her usual seat, on the opposite side of the table from where Kiba sat.

"Um, Mimi. How will you be able to see what I'm working on if you're seating there?"

Kiba scratched the back of his head and smiled.

"Ah, y-yeah. I suppose you're right. I-it's just a force of habit…"

Mimi then walked over to Sanaka's seat, which was beside Kiba, and then sat down. She stiffly sat in place before she remembered to take out her notebook and look over the things that she wrote down from the meeting earlier.

When Kiba saw this, he slightly smiled and sat down again. He glanced sideways at Mimi few times before she noticed it and called him out.

"If you have something to say, then please just come out with it."
