Inciting the crowd

Half of the people left the room.

Through the earpiece, Arik heard their conversation. Seeing Mega being so obedient, he felt something was wrong in the family. Was she not treat well? He wanted to observe more.

A strong smell entered Arik's nose as his sense of smell was very strong. Without anyone noticing, he entered the room and reached Shikhar.

"Bro something is wrong. I am smelling blood." Arik whispered in Shikhar's ear.

"I will check—"

A shrill sound of cry was reverted in the room. Mega touched the wet part and her hands were covered in blood. Her hands began to shake. Putting one hand on their stomach, she looked towards her family. None was sympathising with the situation.

"How…how could you do…that?…isn't it enough that I don't want to marry. How could you be so cruel?...I doubt if I am your child…how could you do…" Mega began to weep and look at her family with accusations.

The mother lowered her head while the father and sister looked as if they didn't hear or care.

Shikhar rushed to Mega, "Are you all right? Are you in your period? I am a doctor…it would be better if i check you." Shikar spoke politely.

"Please help me. If you can, please take me far from here…" the girl blanked out while speaking.

"Noah and Ryan, beside her family, make the place vacant. No one shall be present here." With order from Arik both took the job seriously.

Shikhar checked the pulse, "Bro, we need to immediately take her to hospital."

Arik could understand the severity of the situation. If Shikar, the expert said then it was more than urgent. "Ridi Hospital or back to base?"

"Back to base. "Shikhar carried the girl and walked out. Arik called the helicopter in the garden.

"Bro, Noah will join you and I will stay back to handle the situation." Arik had kept the glass from which Mega had drank water in a plastic bag and tossed to Noah. "Check it's content too."

"Okay, do as you want."

After the heli took off,

"Ryan, find everything about Mega. Where she went, what she did and anything related to her. I will stay here." With the order, Ryan walked out.

"Where are you…taking my…daughter? Who are you?" Mega's mother questioned. The onlookers were puzzled by whatever was happening. Even Mega's family were in trance as the change in situation was in great speed.

Without answering, Arik reached the microphone and tested it.

"Check. Check. Oh!! It is working. I sincerely apologize to the guest that the wedding have been cancelled. You may return back or stay and have foods before leaving. I want this place vacant in fifteen minutes." the voice wasn't polite but extremely cold.

A person from the crowd questioned, "Who are you and why would you listen to you? The two family member hasn't spoke until now, who are you to make the announcement." With the bold question other joined and began questioning.

"Right question. About who I am…I am no one, it's just I like to interfere in other life as I have enough free time. You have to listen to me because, after fifteen minutes the burden of the cost of the entire Rivi hotel will be in the head of you all. Believe me, you won't want to make enemy out of me."

Some people understood the situation so left the banquet.

"Why is the marriage cancelled?" A group of women asked. They wanted a subject to gossip.

"Good question Madame, the bride isn't here as her family has hurt her and is on the way to hospital. So how will the marriage continue…unless, the bride sister replace the bride place. Yeah, that should be it (Snapping his finger).

Hey, you groom's family, do you want to be mocked and not want anything in compensation. Wouldn't it be better if you marry the groom to the bride's sister. Sister will be happy to get married while as the bride is rejecting it. You guys don't know how to make a choice either. "Arik spoke in such a way to incite the groom family to marry the sister.

Mega's sister was trying to lower her presence and sneak from the room.

"See, the bride sister is so happy but shy, so she wants to go out and jump in excitement." Arik pointing his fingers in Mega's sister's direction.

Noticing everyone's eyes was on her, she halted, returned back to her parents and hide. Her eyes were full of fury.

Arik wouldn't have treated Mega's family if they were good to Mega. The last sentence where she said to take her far away made him burn in fury.

How could those lowly people berate and treat his sister-in-law unfairly? It was unforgivable. As he had promised godfather and Neil, he would hold the promise till the end and take care of Neil's girl.

Hearing Arik word, the eyes of the groom family glistened and demanded the compensation.

"Dad, mom…I don't want to marry that playboy. I won't have a good life if I marry him…" Mega sister started to cry and accuse.

"Wife, let's give them some monetary compensation and not let our little get married." Mega's father looked at his wife in a pleading tone.

"What are you saying? Didn't you brought the Lin family yourself and consoled me to get our bigger daughter get married. Why are you acting weird…Sigh…do whatever you want." Mega's mother walked to the room on first floor.

The father tried to bargain and compensate the Lin family in money while Arik continued to incite them to marry the sister. A few people joined Arik.

At last, the Lin family asked a large amount of money which Mega's family couldn't compensate. Arik brought a proposal that if Mega's sister gets married to Mrs. Lin's son, Mega's father will get a large sum of money.

After the announcement, Mega's father asked some time to let them think. Beside Mega, her three family member talked for ten minutes and at last they decided to finalize the marriage.

Mega's sister got married to the groom. The content of their conversation was unknown.

After the marriage ended, Arik asked few of remaining Shikar's people to bring Mega's mother and father to Room no. 322. He had settled the issue of the haughty sister. The remaining left were the parents.

Really no one would want to be on Arik's bad side.

Arik was leaning on the sofa when Mega's parent were brought to the room. As Arik was under the dim light, his appearance was blur. Before in the banquet he hide his face with the cap.
