Ursula addressed the council, "It's settled then. We will proceed with the research under the condition that an oversight committee, consisting of council members and experts, will closely monitor and evaluate its progress. The safety of our people is paramount, and we shall not compromise on that."

The council members exchanged glances, and after a moment of silent agreement, they nodded in unison. 

One of the elder who had a constant smile on his face, flashed a red look in his eyes as he raised up his hand, "I would like to be in charge of the oversight committee"

All the council member looked at the new elder, nodding as they looked at Ursula "It will be indeed great if Felix is in charge of the committee"
