Average adult Wizarding stats would be around 5-15 for Body, 10-20 for Mind, and ~15 for Soul.

A Hogwarts student would probably have stats in the lower range of the averages I just mentioned. A good Auror (~Tonks level) might have stats like 25-30s across the board. Most Death Eaters are ~20s for all three stats (being mostly Pure-Blood cannon fodder).

I imagine Heather's stats look pretty similar to Atlas' before this chapter (12) if you reverse Body and Mind. (~30 for Body, 15-20 for Mind, and high 20s for Soul). Moody/McGonagall/Bellatrix/Sirius would be a bit higher than that (~30-35). Voldemort (resurrected body) would be like Body: ~40, Mind: ~30, Soul: 40+. Dumbledore is like Body: ~20, Mind: 50+, Soul: 45-50

For skills, the Wizarding average is Tier 3 (20-30). Obviously, though, some people still have specialties but unless it fits with their character/stats mentioned above, go with Tier 3 as average for an adult Wizard.
